Role Purpose:
Drive sell-in and sell-out with pet shops and distributors, expand coverage, execute trade activities in-store, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for Deserve and other brands under company.
Key Responsibilities
Territory & Account Management
- Manage assigned territory; plan weekly route and shop visit cadence.
 - Maintain and grow relationships with existing pet shops and key partners; prevent attrition.
 - Acquire new accounts and expand channel coverage (independent shops, chains, distributors).
 - Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines (pricing, promo, credit days, listing).
 
Sales Execution & Target Delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets (volume, value, distribution, new doors).
 - Build and submit accurate sales forecasts; track gaps and execute recovery plans.
 - Create PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) and submit visit reports via CRM.
 
In-Store Execution & Trade Marketing
- Implement merchandising standards: shelf layout, facing, planogram, secondary display.
 - Deploy POSM (wobbler, shelf talker, POP, premiums) and ensure compliance.
 - Execute promotions/new launches; brief shop staff; sample where relevant.
 - Track promo performance (sell-out, uplift, ROI) and recommend improvements.
 
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor price, promo, NPD, and share actionable insights weekly.
 - Report route performance, pipeline, and risks; maintain accurate customer database/CRM.
 - Collect customer feedback and coordinate issue resolution (returns, damages, claims).
 
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Accounting.
 - Follow through on PO/DO, delivery, CN/claim documents, AR follow-ups (as assigned).
 - Support product trainings and roadshows/exhibitions when needed.
 
KPIs
- Sales target attainment (monthly/quarterly/annual).
 - Numeric & weighted distribution; new door openings.
 - On-shelf availability, planogram/visibility compliance.
 - Promo execution score and sell-out uplift.
 - Forecast accuracy and CRM/visit reporting compliance.
 - Customer satisfaction and issue resolution time.
 
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
in Pet/FMCG/Retail (field sales or key account) with target delivery. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
 - Hands-on with merchandising and in-store execution.
 - Data-literate: Excel/Google Sheets; basic CRM/reporting.
 - Self-driven, disciplined, able to travel in territory;
valid driver's license
. - Thai & basic English communication (for product/price decks and partners).
 - Existing network with pet shops/distributors.
 - Experience with Trade Marketing/POSM and launch playbooks.
