Maintains and continuously improves electrical production equipment, electrical spare parts and Controls & Drives systems in the production area in order to reduce machine downtime, maintenance costs and scrap level.

+ Identifies, analyses and insures the implementation of potential Controls & Drives improvements (including costs savings, downtime and scrap reduction) on area production machinery in cooperation with other departments (Production, Quality, Purchasing).
+ Maintain updated C&D documentation in the area (electrical plants, troubleshooting guides, etc.).
+ Protection, Creation of Backups and Maintenance of the control system software, such as IPC's, PLC's, Drives, Communication Devices, etc.
+ Bachelor of Electrical engineering or equivalent field.
+ Had an experience with international contacts through projects, colleagues, and suppliers.
+ 3-10 years of Controls and Drives experience in the manufacturing industry, the tires business is an advantage.
+ Has knowledge of Beckhoff PLC, Siemens PLC programming, Step7, Tia Portal, Win CC , SAP.
+ Has participated in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects.
+ Has participated in Maintenance, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
+ Experience in leading project.
+ Ability to read the electrical drawing.
+ Good command of English.

This role is to perform the Blending of Lubricants, Process Oils, Specialty Products in accordance with Lubricants Quality System, and according to the production plan set by planners whilst meeting HSSE targets (Health, Safety, Security and environment).The blending operator will report directly to blending supervisors and will be responsible for the following key functions:
+ Maintain processes and blending facilities are executed effectively and correctly such as work instruction, standard operation procedures and Shell safety requirements.

+ Fully account to manage contract operator team
+ Support all company's activities in respect with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001,IATF16949 and Lean activities which are required for improving plant capability.

**Job Description**
+ To identify all the interfaces together with the stakeholders and designated contractors
+ To lead the creation and updating of the Interface Control Document (ICD) associated with each interface recorded within the interface register
+ To maintain an index of all ICD versions on the project to be used as the reporting tool for interface issues including the status of each interface
+ To organize and lead the interface review meetings with the stakeholders and designated contractors
+ To report to the interface manager all the critical areas and potential conflicts
+ To consult regularly with the representative of design teams to inform them about the actual status.
+ To attend progress meetings with the Engineer
+ Initiating meetings to address particular issues, affecting the programme with respect to specific interfaces as required.
+ Ensuring updated information regarding Interface management process and specifically agreeing with interfacing entities system requirements apportioning into sub-requirements and their allocation
+ To coordinate and integrate external technical interfaces with external stakeholders who are engaged in the development and delivery of designs
