Niran Farm is seeking a talented Host to be the heart of our guest experience, blending front office and F&B duties in a unique, hands-on role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire guest journey, from check-in and rooming to handling special requests and ensuring a seamless check-out.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for our staying guests, providing personal and intuitive service.
  • Contributing to a seamless dining experience, from managing reservations to providing attentive, hands-on service at the table.

You should have:

  • Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment, ideally from a Front Office or Food & Beverage background. Experience in both is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English (essential).
  • A genuine passion for creating exceptional, personal guest moments.

Residence Host will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Residences and Hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that services and experiences are meet.

Operational

  • Answer questions regarding and / or arrangements for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty services, childcare, transportation, religious worship, cultural activities, shopping, floral services, and other services.
  • Keep accurate records of all arrangements made which residents require.
  • Answer questions concerning Residence Amenities, Residents' Privileges, A La Carte Services and / or give directions to hotel facilities, meeting rooms or events held.
