About the role

Logistics Plus Supply Chain Solutions Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented Operations Freight Forwarding specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our freight forwarding operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods for our valued clients.

Salary  Range : 35,000 – 45,000 bath

Location :  Sukhumvit Hill ( BTS Bangchak )

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the freight forwarding process, including arranging transportation, managing documentation, and liaising with carriers and customs authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients on the status of their deliveries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of freight forwarding services with other logistics operations.
• Stay informed of industry regulations, trends, and best practices to continually improve our services.
• Experienced in using Cargo Wise (CW1).

What we're looking for

• Thailand nationality Only .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CS freight forwarding or a related logistics role.
• Thorough understanding of transportation modes, documentation requirements, and customs clearance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex logistics challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Good Command in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

   Responsibilities & Requirements
   1.Familiar with ocean export operations; minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience; candidates capable of handling shipments independently will be given priority
   2.Good command of written and reading English for accurate and timely email communication
   3.Familiarity with Central & South America and Caribbean trade lanes is a strong advantage
   4.Energetic, detail-oriented, responsible, steady, with strong teamwork, service awareness, and good interpersonal communication skills

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for prompt production of B/L, coordination and communication with customers
• Responsible for accurate data input in CW1 system
• Preparation and issuance of Bills of Lading
• Issue Local & Freight invoice to customer
• Co-ordinate with Co-Loaders and/or Shipping Line for Confirm and Issuing MBL (Master Bill of Lading)
• Prepare and Process Payment to Co-loaders and/or Shipping Line
• Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.
• Collaborate with various departments , obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to export policies.

Key Qualifications, Competencies and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 year of experience in freight forwarder( TP USA )
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Good attitude, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Word)

Position: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase freight forwarding business (air, sea, and cross-border).
• Identify and secure new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
