Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
You will
- Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
- Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
- Be responsible for the sale and development of the Beacon Medaes's product and this shall include but not limited to the following areas.
- Achieve sales target within product range in assigned territory.
- Mapping existing hospital installation and competition in assigned territory.
- Pursue sales lead, promote standard, products and conclude order with professionalism.
- Create the awareness of the NFPA standard, Thai medical gas guideline and the good practices for the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Provide products and commercial support to distributors and customers
- Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
- Seek and promote new product launch by the division.
- Feedback and report on all sales related activities and market information.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per Business Line Manager's instruction
- Reporting to Regional Business Line Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
Your mission will be to ensure that the company goals are met in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, market development, and territory coverage and business analysis all in line with the market Growth Strategy.
Implementation of the Medical Gas country and divisional market strategy for BeaconMedaes/Atlas Copco. Furthermore, to Maximize the sales of Medical Gas Equipment and Spares products to our current and new customers within assigned market territories and segments through distributors.
The strong focus on development of the Service Business with Service Contracts for Planned Preventative maintenance (PPM) and other opportunities as presented in the 'MyMedGas platform. Thereafter to Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a timely and high quality after sales service to reach the required customer satisfaction.
To effectively promote newly launched products (Manifolds, Total Alert Infinity, Oil-Free Medical Air plants and with special focus on recently launched new range).
Provide timely and accurate sales and market information with properly detailed analysis.
Enhance and develop a good working relation with distributors, customers and colleagues.
As advised by the BLM, to support sales through effective provision of sales data, including weekly planning, customer visit recording, and entering all opportunities through the BeaconMedaes Global Quotation System GQS.
Be critically aware of Competition market actions, pricing, market share and SWOT analysis.
To make recommendations and share ideas to grow the business ethically and responsibly.

· to 5 years sales experience. Preference given to those with track record of sales in medical industry covering hospitals, medical centers and related industry

A Snapshot of Your Day
As Technical Field Advisor you will spend most of the time on customer site and service for SGT-800 Gas turbine maintenance with EHS and Quality. You will be Siemens Energy representatives on site.
How You'll Make an Impact
To ensure that work is conducted in such a way that requirements imposed by authorities and by other involved parties are fulfilled.
- Take ownership for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) issues on site for the company's undertaking.
- Lead and coordinate erection and assembly activities in accordance with time schedule and cost estimate.
- Coordinate erection/assembly activities in accordance with valid instructions, check lists, specifications and regulations.
- Reports technical investigations (non-conformance reports).
- Participate in order specific reviews for larger project.
- Reports or updates on product related faults and improvements and gives feedback to product line responsible.
- Supervision and co-ordination of consultants, contractors, and customer staff.
- Keep availability of all training courses and certificates e.g. LOTO, Electrical Safety at Work, H2S, Confined spaces, Hot work and First aid
- Follow established safe work methods and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with valid EHS regulations.
- Collaborate with team across the countries, third party and customer personnel in a respectful and professional manner, always act as an ambassador within Siemens Energy. Always collaborate and connect with our internal customers and practice Siemens ownership culture and take responsibility for a task or a fault until it is addressed accordingly.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Marine Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in gas turbine or related engineering field
- Ability to handle pressure and have service mind.
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office

- Execute Site Service Jobs (maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation supervision, commissioning)
- Prepare spare parts lists required for maintenance or repair of entire ammonia refrigeration system (e.g. compressor packages, pumps, air cooler, condensers, valves, etc.)
- Help prepare service contracts (technical part)
- Conduct site inspections and audits (safety, process, reliability, energy efficiency)
- Remote troubleshooting support for customers

Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or a college in mechanical engineering is an advantage
- Technical trainings at factories are of advantage
- Soft skills or sales trainings are of advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration or compression service, maintenance, repair and commissioning
- Good understanding of industrial refrigeration systems, their components and process

• Design HVAC system and perform Energy Use Intensity (EUI) calculations, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability standards (e.g., Passive House).
• Prepare design sketches, calculation reports, and AutoCAD/BIM (Revit) drawings.
• Develop technical specifications, equipment schedules, and documentation in Thai and English.
