Job Description:

1) Be a Person responsible for energy (PRE / Sr.PRE) of the factory

2) Energy management, energy consumption & target control, government official yearly report of energy conservation acts.

3) Regular check and monitoring the energy usage, Inform and coordinate the abnormal situation to related person for repair/improve

including follow up them to finding the countermeasure to prevent recurrence.

4) Make an proposal for carbon neutrality project contract optimization (supply, transformation and maintenance).

5) Work with external organization to develop Carbon Neutrality solutions for the company

6) Proceed, implement and coordinate and support HQ for Carbon Neutrality project of the factory.

7) Animate both of Energy and Carbon Neutrality Awareness Campaign of the company

8) Do some part of Maintenance of Utility equipment (Electrical system, Chillers, Boilers, Air Compressors, and etc.) including create and

management documents related to maintenance work for Utility equipment

9) Any assignment by superior which related to the job response (Energy & Utility).

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering major in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience of 2-5 years in energy engineering projects.
• Professional in energy audit and energy law, with basic knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Factory Utility fields.
• Having an energy-related license is an advantage.
• Having passed a green energy project is an advantage.

About this role.

• Design and maintenance of Power electrical system, Energy management.

Candidate Specification :

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:·

• Perform technical tasks assigned by Lead/Senior engineer on onshore and offshore feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design and EPC/ EPCM projects.
• Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of the work produced and the assigned tasks are completed on time.
• Liaise with other departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors and third parties as per Lead Engineer's instruction.
• Participate in inter-disciplines, project, client and vendor meetings when requested by the Lead Engineer.

• The Primary involvement in a typical project includes:

• Develop pipeline design basis

• Prepare pipeline material, coating, testing and installation specifications
• Prepare pipeline material requisition, perform technical bid evaluation/ analysis and vendor data review
• Perform pipelines mechanical calculations including line pipes and bend material grade and wall thickness; buckling check; curvature; spanning, VIV and expansion calculations.
• Perform pipeline on-bottom stability analysis, riser and expansion spool stress analysis.
• Perform pipeline crossing and external corrosion protection design.
• Perform pipeline route selection, trenching/ backfilling and crossing design.
• Perform pipeline material and internal and external corrosion study/ design.
• Perform pipeline installation analysis/ study.
• Provide material take off and bill of materials

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering; Chemical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum Level-I Professional Engineering license from the Council of Engineers of Thailand (if any).
• Zero (0) to eight (8) years' experience in pipeline engineering design in the Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical and related industries.
• Self-motivated, good attitude and willing to take responsibility
• Conversant with international codes and standards – ANSI, ASME, API & DNV.
• Competent user of pipeline engineering software – AutoPipe, AGA & Offpipe.
