คุณสมบัติ

• กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา วิศวกรรมก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความสนใจเรียนรู้งานภาคสนาม และสามารถทำงานกลางแจ้งได้
• มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• หากมีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการอ่านแบบก่อสร้าง หรือใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, Microsoft Project จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีค่าฝึกงานวันละ 400 บาท

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and distribution of construction materials.
• Track material status, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with site teams, office staff, and subcontractors to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor suppliers and logistics to avoid delays and resolve issues promptly.
• Support inspections and ensure materials meet project and quality standards.
• Liaise with warehouse and site personnel to manage inventory and usage.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in Oil & Gas construction or large EPC projects.
• Proven experience in materials coordination or expediting.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Ability to work with suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and materials tracking systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies specific to the construction materials sector. You'll bridge between product/engineering teams, sales, and external agencies to ensure that marketing activities support business objectives, generate leads, and strengthen our market position.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for our construction-materials portfolio, aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, specification channels, and target customers (contractors, architects, distributors).
• Manage product positioning, value propositions and messaging tailored to the construction industry and key decision-makers.
• Work with the sales team to support specification, tendering and project acquisition processes.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all touch-points (digital, print, events, product collateral).
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, site-visits and technical marketing events relevant to construction/engineering audiences.
• Manage marketing budget, monitor ROI of campaigns and initiatives, prepare reporting for senior management.
• Collaborate with engineering/technical teams to create technical marketing materials (case-studies, product sheets, white-papers) and tools for the field.
• Build partnerships with industry associations, design/engineering firms, and specification networks to increase product visibility and usage.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations and best practices in the construction and building-materials sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing in the construction/building materials or related industrial.
• Prior experience in B2B marketing, working with technical or industrial products, engaging with architects, engineers, contractors is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of specification channels, tendering processes or project-based sales in construction is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns and generating business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work cross-functionally and engage non-marketing stakeholders.
• Comfortable analyzing data, tracking KPIs and using insights to drive strategy.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages depending on region is a bonus.

• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM, marketing automation, analytics.
• Familiarity with construction materials, building industry terminology and product specification.
• Ability to travel (site visits, trade shows, client engagement) as required.
• Budget management and vendor/agency oversight experience.
