RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers.
Listen, understand the needs of the guest and be able to provide information, product and hotel services to the guest via telephone in a professional manner.
Communicate courteously with customers through every communication's channels.
Solve customers' problems or offer alternative solutions and response in a timely & accurate manner.
Maintain and improve quality outcomes by following appropriate standards and guidelines.
Communicate & coordinate with relevant party/department when necessary.
Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers during any interaction and update the information through the company's system at all time.
Appropriately using software, databases, scripts and tools.
Understanding the telephone operator board / PBX switchboard operations as well as tracking calls system.
Knows what is action to take when an emergency calls is required.
Provide feedback to improve the efficiency.
Willing to learn company products, services and policies.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- Bachelor degree in any fields
1year experience in customer service, call center or any related field

- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้

1.เดินทางโดยแท็กซี่
- ใช้ถนนกัลปพฤกษ์, ถนนกาญจนาภิเษก หรือ ถนนราชพฤกษ์ ขึ้นอยู่กับจุดที่คุณอยู่
- ใช้ Google Maps / GPS ปักหมุดว่า "สำเพ็ง 2" หรือ "ตลาดสำเพ็ง 2 บางแค"
มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง
แท็กซี่ / Grab
สะดวกหากคุณอยู่ในเมืองหรือ BTS / MRT จุดไหนก็สามารถเรียก Grab หรือ Taxi โดยตรง
ควรแจ้งว่า "ไปสำเพ็ง 2 บางแค ใกล้กัลปพฤกษ์ ไม่ใช่สำเพ็งเยาวราช" เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความสับสน

ปัจจุบันรถไฟฟ้ายังไม่ถึงหน้าสำเพ็ง 2 โดยตรง แต่คุณสามารถ:
- ขึ้น MRT สถานีบางแค / หลักสอง / เพชรเกษม 48
- จากนั้น ต่อแท็กซี่หรือวินมอเตอร์ไซค์ ไปสำเพ็ง 2 (ประมาณ 10-15 นาที)
