Key Action Plan Items Are To- Embed data analytics & decisions into Unilever's monthly business process, based on both external data (e.g. market share and household consumption and Point-of-Sales Data) and internal data (e.g. sales data).- Step change business performances through data & Business Analytics methodologies.- Lead category/channel/functional deep-dive analysis to identify portfolio opportunities / business drivers opportunities to accelerate business e.g. forecasting on Market Size Estimates, improve Media/Trade efficiency, and enable media/trade cost saving by running analytics.- Innovate projects to solve existing business questions differently by IoT, automation, external data, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrate, translate and communicate complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions and business actionable insights- Query and analyze large amounts of data and to triangulate across data sources- Utilize statistical tools and programming to deliver analysis and analytical solutions. Develop models, based on deep-dive statistical analysis & modeling- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams- Bachelors in Analytics or Statistics or Engineering or Computer Science or Physical Sciences or similar fields
Preferred Coursework / Experiences- 2+ years working experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/ Data Analyst or any position that related to data and business analytics.-
- Statistical Packages: Matlab, SPSS, SAS- Programming / Database Languages: Python, R, SQL- Visualization Tools: Power BI- Platforms: Knowledge / experience with Hadoop, SPARK- Cloud: Azure and AWS- Excellent communication skills (English & Thai)

The Senior Associate IT Data Center Operations Analyst is a developing subject matter expert typically responsible for providing technical support for data center operations, installing and troubleshooting server hardware and software, and ensuring system security and performance.
