We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to join our Corporate HR team in Bangkok to support our General Manager, Talent in driving global initiatives around talent planning and management. As such,
This role offers a unique opportunity for global HR professionals looking to gain international experience. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in vibrant Bangkok and work on global projects, gaining exposure to a diverse range of cultures and industries while enhancing their global HR expertise
This person's role would cover the end-to-end HR talent lifecycle, initially focused on recruitment and talent development, but can gradually expand to cover broader aspects of HR. This would include employee engagement, succession planning, and implementing technologies to help our global HR teams be on the cutting edge of HR best practices.
In addition, this person would have the opportunity to work on different projects within the RMA Group, with a priority of translating learning to real-world results. As our business is diverse, this would present an opportunity for the person to use learning as the key to uncover different aspects of our global business, and adapt the tools to make measurable and meaningful impact.
Main responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes:
Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent needs. Support the GM of Talent in the recruitment of senior leaders globally.
Develop and deliver talent development programs:
Design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives that foster employee growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and align with RMA's global learning and development strategy.

Work with senior managers within RMA to identify opportunities to create impact through learnings. This could be in the areas of business transformation, process improvement, or initiatives around sustainability (amongst others).
Enhance employee engagement initiatives:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute employee engagement programs that improve workplace satisfaction, culture, and retention across diverse teams.
Leverage technology to advance HR practices:
Identify and implement technologies (including AI) that enhance talent management, streamline workflows, and align global HR teams with cutting-edge industry best practices. Also serve as the global systems expert of our internal HRIS.
Background and Experience

- 8+years experience creating impact within a HR role, with a multinational organization and/or 8+ years experience in impactful project management, business transformation, or consultancy (desirable)
- Internationally mobile with a deep interest in different cultures and ways of working
- Executive presence – age is not a barrier in applying for this role. However since this person would work with executives and support in the recruitment of executives, a mature and methodical approach is a must to succeed in this role
The successful candidate will be placed in a leadership development program, with the potential to re-locate within South-East Asia. As such, the flexibility to adapt and work in different countries for a prolonged period of time is an important requirement for the role.
In addition, we want someone with a track record of driving through results and challenging the status quo – someone who wants to drive the bus, and not someone who is comfortable in being a passenger on the bus.
International applicants outside of Thailand are encouraged to apply, provided that they have met all the criteria as listed in terms of background and experience required
RMA Group is an equal opportunity employer, with a diverse group of colleagues globally representing different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
