You will work closely with the Fulfillment, Customer service, Production and Business Improvement team under operations department to improve on delivery experience to stores, customer, international & domestic logistic strategy & solution and provide better class in logistic quality, efficiency & costs. At Pomelo, each team member is expected to work autonomously, often setting their own objectives and key results.
Who are we looking for?- Ensure shipment / packages handover from freight forwarder to domestic logistics partners are done completely,
 - Accurately and smoothly in terms of cross border import/export customs clearance with corresponding manifest and shipping file.
 - Monitoring daily 3PL delivery performance & ensure delivery statuses are sync correctly to the Pomelo system.
 - Monitoring return order/shipment and coordinating with 3PL(s) on returns process and status update to ensure no long pending returns
 - Preparing & maintaining all logistics internal & external reports.
 - Administer and monitor 3PL claims in cases of damage or loss
 - Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Overseeing the International and Domestic shipping statuses of cross border and domestic delivery with all logistics partners.
 - Involving in projects and solutions according to assignments.
 - Provided 3PLs invoices validation and analysis support in any cost impacted.
 - Be the contact point for Production, CS and WH for any day-to-day operational enquiries and issues related to shipments.
 - Proficiently using the Pomelo system in investigating any abnormality of delivery
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, International Logistics Management , Logistics Engineer or Operations Management
 - 1-2 years experience in related fields is a plus.
 - Good eye for detail, Good reporting and analytical skills
