- Largely be working on Branding &Graphic Design projects, and still/motion graphic/VDO Editor creatives for Digital Marketing Purposes.Some English reading and writing ability is better
- An enthusiasm for design, a keen eye for current marketing trends and a willingness to explore many different aesthetics and art styles to adapt to our differing clientele from many industries.
- Willingness to work within a team dynamic consisting of copywriters, designers, editors & social media managers

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.Has online branding design, layout and typography skills

- มีความรู้ทางด้าน Brand Identity system, Design Ads for marketing, social media, Print & marketing materials - presentations, branded content, Research new design ideas and stay on top of current cultural & social trends
- Complete control with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Can produce simple video, motion graphics, and concept a creative storyboard(Final cut,Pr,Ae,One of the software)
- Master craft, composition, color, imagery, typography & iconography

**What You’ll Do**
Design research is the constant interplay between interpreting the world and changing the world. You will help the team and the company deeply empathize with the users from various background; and come-up with the viable and feasible design solutions. As a design researcher you will:
Conduct qualitative research (interpreting the world)
- Frame and reframe business challenges into design and research questions
- Develop a relevant research program that answer the business and design challenges. This includes crafting methods and methodologies, sampling size and design, discussion guide design, etc.
- Constantly work with the research and consultant agencies to ensure high quality deliverables
- Conduct desk research on the relevant topics
- Empathize with the users to discover pain points and unmet needs.
- Analyze findings to develop key insights and opportunities
Develop and communicate solutions (changing the world)
- Develop preliminary design and strategic recommendations
- Facilitate workshops with the relevant stakeholders
- At least 1-2 year experience of hand-on and end-to-end execution of qualitative research projects; from the proposal stage to the presentation. Quantitative research skill is a bonus.
- Deep understanding of the different research methodologies and the ability to properly design and implement research program.
- Demonstrated experience and the ability to conduct qualitative interview and ethnographic technique. Focus group moderation experience is a bonus.
- A deep understanding across a range of Human-Centered Design activities such as user research, user experience design, service design, prototyping, visual design, user interface design, interaction design or policy implementation design
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and conceptual thinking
- Experience in analytical evaluation of existing user experience data and identification of areas for improvement
- Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions
- Able to work within multidisciplinary teams of product managers, developers, architect, and designers.
- Organizational skill, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
- Highly passionate about identifying human’s pain points and finding innovative design solutions. Highly curious
- The ability to deal with pressure within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Always eager to learn and to share knowledge
- The ability to travel up-country and oversee (once restrictions allow)
