- Ensure effective daily management, optimization, and scaling of Meta + Google Ads with clear CAC/ROAS goals.
- Lead and manage the creative process: from idea and script to final ads, funnels, and landing pages.
- Plan and execute continuous tests (hooks, angles, formats) to identify and scale winners.
- Ensure that copy, visuals, and videos are developed, proofread, and translated at high quality and on time.

What You'll Drive
- Product Innovation – Develop and enhance education-related products that meet evolving market needs; initiate new business ideas and product concepts for launch in target markets.
- Market Opportunity Exploration – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand our reach and value offering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to define product specifications, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive execution.
- Client Relationship Management – Engage with agent and partner schools to understand their needs, support performance, and achieve shared sales targets.
- Sales & Performance Analysis – Analyze product sales data, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategies that enhance growth and customer satisfaction.
- Consulting & Client Support – Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, answering inquiries, preparing proposals, and offering customized solutions.
- Marketing Strategy Development – Support the planning and creation of marketing content and materials (e.g., social media posts, articles, brochures, presentations) that resonate with the target audience.
- Campaign & Launch Execution – Assist in planning and executing product launch campaigns and go-to-market strategies tailored to each audience segment.
- Operational and Administrative Support – Provide key administrative support by managing and updating essential business records, including contracts and official documentation, and assisting with project-related scheduling and tracking to ensure business continuity and timely execution.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, innovation, product management, or consulting (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Strong interest in education, student success, or study abroad programs.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset.
