**Ideally, we are looking for individuals**:
- **Viewed as a secondary income source for highly networked individuals. Commission based.**:
- **Seeking to take their first step into recruitment, with potential partnership opportunities in the future.**:
- **Based in South Pacific or Asian locations.**:
- **Current, experienced hoteliers, even semi-retired professionals, are highly valued.**:
- **This is a long-term opportunity to represent a prestigious international recruitment company within your own network.**:
- **Market segments include hotels, resorts, palaces, golf courses, estates, clubs, cruise ships, catering services, and more.**
**Location**:South Pacific and Asia

**Communication**:Weekly 15-minute conference call
**Lead Generation**:Utilising your own network without involvement in recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptual Design:Work closely with clients to understand their vision, brand identity, and specific design preferences.
Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with the client's objectives and budget.
Space Planning:Evaluate the functional requirements of the space, ensuring efficient layouts that maximize usability and flow.
Optimize space utilization while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
Material and Finish Selection:Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and the client's budget.
Consider durability, maintenance, and sustainability factors in material choices.
Budget Management:Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring that design solutions align with financial constraints.
Source cost-effective materials and furnishings without compromising quality or aesthetics.
Presentation and Communication:Create compelling visual presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and sketches, to convey design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction phases.
Project Coordination:Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the implementation of design plans, including site visits and quality control.
Sustainability and Compliance:Stay updated on sustainable design practices and incorporate environmentally friendly elements into projects when possible.
Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA requirements, and safety regulations.
Trends and Innovation:Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design solutions in hospitality design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in hospitality interior design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection and procurement.
