As an HR Advisor, you are expected to responsible for HR work in all HR areas with the focus in Talent Acquisition, Policy & Benefit scope.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Create and post external requisitions on the Shell Careers website, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards as necessary to pool external candidates for current open and future positions
  • Support interview scheduling by coordinating with candidates and hiring manager to ensure smooth recruitment process
  • Conduct onboarding documents process for successful candidate to align with company policies and procedures
  • Assist on recruitment marketing campaign i.e. Internship program, Open House and Campus visit and other recruitment activities.

  • Provide support on Social Security related matters.

Others:

  • Support company events such as Shell Day, Kathin, Staff Party and Long Service Awards to help enhancing employee relations, making employees feel valued and proud to work for Shell.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Politics, Psychology, or any related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR role or related administrative roles.
  • Good level of English communication in both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, Logical Thinking, Growth Mindset, and interpersonal skills
