Overview
The HR Ops Analyst will be a part of the APAC HR Operations Employee Relations Center of Excellence. The role will be responsible for supporting APAC E2E Speak Up Investigations, Employee Investigations, and/or Appeals Investigations, this role will be required to support cases from APAC region. The role will evolve over time to support HR Operational Transactional work as part of APAC's Employee Relations needs. The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly, think strategically, have superior verbal and written communication skills, have an investigative/curious mind, and maintain high levels of confidentiality, integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Organize and investigate ER cases in an efficient and timely manner.
 - Interact with employees (both frontline and leaders) via phone, e-mail, and Teams in response to employee relations matters, conduct interviews, speak to witnesses, review evidence and analyze action items related to potential policy violations while making recommendations to remedy any such violations.
 - Gather, summarize, and report on Speak Up related cases both verbally and through formal written communications.
 - Follow documented protocols and processes to deliver world class customer service and first call resolution.
 - Ability to perform on-call duties for weekends/evenings as needed.
 - Ability to understand and follow information security protocols and handle sensitive data.
 - Able to multi-task and consistently works against the right priorities.
 - Ensuring a high level of customer service and operational excellence so that transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements.
 - Maintaining systems to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality of all employee ER related records.
 - Ability to construct an objective narrative through an investigation to appropriately move investigations along with input from key stakeholders.
 - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
 - Work under hard deadlines to deliver excellence to function and business.
 - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
 - Ad hoc duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Law or related field (strongly preferred)
 - Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in HR Employee Relations, Legal or ER case Investigations
 - Previous exposure to employee relations matters including investigations, discipline, and taking statements/transcribing information.
 - Experience in practicing HR in a manufacturing, distribution, or sales environment.
 - Experience in a union or EBA environment
 - Must demonstrate full professional proficiency in English (across all modalities: listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Thai language is mandatory, while Chinese language skills will be considered an asset.
 - Excellent Communication in English and Thai
 - Understanding of and experience with PepsiCo policies and ethics (optional as a plus)
