  • Employee Onboarding – Plans and monitors implementation of the location specific Induction and buddy program as defined
  • Employee Engagement – Plan and institutionalize a robust communication model across the Geo. Designing communication keeping local sensibilities in mind is a key focus area. Deploy engagement processes, initiatives, and events across the Geo
  • Business Alignment –Work closely with the Business Leaders across all verticals and horizontals present in the Geo and create HR strategies and plans
  • Compensation and Benefits –Provide inputs to COEs for policy formulation and revisions. Design and customize policy proposals keeping Geo realities in mind. Manage the roll out and fall out of key C&B programs like Compensation Review Programs, Bonus Payout programs etc.
  • Performance Management Programs – Customize Performance Management activities and guidelines to suit ESAT, retention and development needs of the geo. Manage the roll out and fallout of Performance Management programs in the Geo.
  • Rewards and Recognition – Manage the rollout of R&R initiatives across the Geo
  • Audits and Compliance – Monitor the employee management process within the Geo to ensure adherence to various National and International labor laws in the region. Participate in Geo level audits and play a key role in taking corrective action wherever required
  • Analytics and Reporting – Create and report key HR related metrics for the Geo. Reports and Dashboards to be presented to Business and key HR stakeholders.
  • Employee Grievance Handling and Disciplinary processes – Manage the grievance handling frameworks of the company in the Geo. Grievance related cases to be closed as per defined SLAs. Initiate and manage disciplinary processes and investigations wherever required and ensure that the processes are carried out in line with company guidelines.
  • Government Relations – Be the point of contact and representative of the company in all transactions and communications with Government Bodies, departments, and representatives in all HR related matters.

Requirements

  • 5 years of HR generalist experience with a degree in management (HR) preferred
  • Experience in Employee Onboarding, Engagement, and Induction
  • Exposure to work in fast paced, multinational corporations with complex matrix style management structures
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in managing HR processes primarily for employees in Thailand
  • Has strong knowledge of HR domain knowledge across the complete employee lifecycle
  • Knowledge of business processes involved in the companies in the technology sector
  • Able to look at data from multiple sources and integrates data/inputs in a manner to develop cause /effect linkages and arrive at key insights
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and result oriented mindset, be able to handle complex issues independently and possess an ability to get things done.

What You'll Drive:

  • HR Operations & Implementation

  • Execute day-to-day HR activities including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, internal communication, organization development and HR documentation.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently and accurately applied across all staff groups (academic and non-academic).
  • Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current HR operations and propose improvements in collaboration with Head of HR (LSP) and central HR team (LEARN Corporation).

  • Support the digitalization and streamlining of HR workflows, especially in areas such as attendance, performance reviews, and staff communications.
  • Performance & Development

About The Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals to enhance workforce performance and operational efficiency. This position serves as a strategic advisor to Site Leadership, ensuring HR policies and programs support business objectives while fostering an inclusive work environment. Additionally, the role includes executing the Employee Welfare Committee, managing union relationships, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, quality requirements, and key audits e.g. human rights audits, equity pay gaps, financial control framework etc.

This role is crucial in fostering a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce, ensuring the factory meets operational and strategic business goals. Your responsibilities

Quality :

  • Be aware, accountable and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules & regulations.
  • Enforce quality mind & awareness for working in area by following documented procedures & follow good documentation practice.
  • Be compliance to requirements of ISO13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.
  • Always think "Quality is my responsibility".

Safety, Health & Environment :

  • Be aware, accountable for safety, health and environment in workplace all time to ensure free accident and good environment area of working.
  • Follow which support the safety, health and environment regulations, company policies by working safely, reporting unsafe condition / unsafe action / near miss accident to supervisor as well as suggest for any improvement.
  • Be compliance to requirements of ISO14001, ISO45001, other relevant EHS regulatory and company EHS requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.
  • Always think "Safety, Health and Environmental is my responsibility".

General :
Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with factory leadership to align HR initiatives with operational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing HR insights and data-driven recommendations to improve workforce efficiency.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, expansions, or process improvements.

Employee Relations, Union, and Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution while ensuring

compliance with labor laws.

  • Act as the primary HR representative in union negotiations, ensuring labour agreements support both business goals and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with union representatives to resolve conflicts, grievances, and disputes while maintaining a positive and productive labour relationship.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with managers to assess staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Work with COE team for career development programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

Performance Management

  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear goal-setting and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on performance improvement strategies and employee development.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development efforts.

Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policy.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring consistency and fairness across the workforce.
  • Conduct investigations related to workplace misconduct or policy violations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Work with COE teams to ensure fair and competitive pay structures.
  • Support benefits administration and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Address payroll-related issues and ensure HR systems are updated

The experience we're looking for

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experiences : Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
  • Competencies Required (knowledge, skill, training)

Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People & Culture team. This role partners with leaders across all business units to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings solid HR experience, strong business acumen, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders independently.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Partner with business and functional leaders to align people and organization strategies with business goals

●    Provide end-to-end HR support, including organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and people operations

●    Coach and advise managers and leaders on team effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management

●    Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (C&B, OD, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to ensure consistent execution of all HR programs

●    Use data and analytics to identify people trends and recommend actionable solutions

●    Manage employee relations and communication to promote a fair, compliant, and positive workplace culture

Qualifications:

●    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

●    Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist

●    Proven experience working with both business and corporate function leaders

●    Strong knowledge of HR practices - performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations

●    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident with senior leaders

●    Analytical, business-minded, and result-driven

●    Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

●    Fluency in English is an advantage
