- Minimum of 3+ years of change management/ consulting experience is expected for Consultant Level.

- Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly desirable.

Key roles and responsibilities
- Execute, drive, and perform end-to-end recruitment processes and activities in alignment with HR strategy and business plan, from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate with People Ops. Lead to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skill
- Perform other related duties as assigned and implementation of projects as planned
- Initiate project to improve hiring process and on-boarding employee experience
- Support the People Ops. team in other Ad-hoc activities as needed

**Requirements**:
Required Qualifications
- Thai citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Good command in English communication (speaking and business writing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership
- Hands - on experience with full - cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks
- Positive Attitude, fast learner, problem solving, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
