As the HR Digital Solutions Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operational delivery and reporting of HR systems and data management, and also drive strategic projects (approx. 20-30% of your time) to enhance our HR digital ecosystem. You will ensure that our HR information systems (HRIS), data platforms and reporting capabilities are robust, efficient and aligned to business needs, while also championing innovations such as AI-based analytics and process automation.

Responsibilities:

Operational & Reporting

  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of our HRIS platforms in SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems.

  • • วางแผนและจัดการรูปแบบ วิธีการ และตัวชี้วัดผลงาน สาหรับบุคลากรภายในสถาบัน
  • • ควบคุมดูแลและรับผิดชอบงานด้านกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของสถาบัน
  • • รับนโยบายจากผู้บริหารในงานด้านอื่น ๆ ตามสมควร

คุณสมบัติ

  • • สัญชาติไทย อายุ 26 ปีขึ้นไป
  • • วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  • • มีประสบการณ์ด้านเงินเดือน/สวัสดิการ, payroll และเคยมีประสบการณ์การทางานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างต่า 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  • • สามารถประสานงานกับแผนกบัญชีในด้านการทาเงินเดือนและค่าตอบแทน
  • • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบและกระบวนการทาเงินเดือน การคานวณค่าตอบแทนและภาษี กฎหมายแรงงาน
  • • วางแผนพัฒนาทักษะพนักงานในแต่ละแผนก
  • • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • • มีความสามารถในการทางานเป็นทีม และประสานงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  • • ทางาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์
  • • มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความเป็นผู้นาสูง รักในงานบริการ มุ่งมั่น และมีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
  • • มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร และติดต่อประสานงานสูง อัธยาศัยไมตรีดี และชอบพบปะผู้คน
  • • หากมีประสบการณ์ในการทางานในโรงเรียนกวดวิชาหรือสถาบันการศึกษา จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
