The CRO will head the newly established Risk Management Department (RMD) for Kingfisher Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (the Group). Risk Assessment Job Responsibilities:
· Staff
Actively assist RMC and the Group Human Resources Department in the identification, assessment and recruitment of potential new staff for the RMD, from both outside and inside the Group
· Risk Identification and Assessment:
Identify potential risks across various areas like financial, operational, and compliance, and assessing their potential impact.
· Risk Analysis and Prioritization:
Conduct risk analysis to evaluate the likelihood and potential severity of identified risks and prioritizing them based on their potential impact.
· Policy Development and Implementation
Review and recommend necessary changes to existing Group risk management policies and procedures and, where needed, create RMD policies and procedures, ensuring they are appropriate, up to date and aligned with Group goals and regulatory requirements. Recommend risk appetite levels for approval by RMC.
· Risk Mitigation:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks. This includes creating contingency plans, establishing controls, and working with other departments to address potential

Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree or higher in a relevant study, such as Business, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or Business Administration and related fields.
· to 10 years of working experience in Risk Management, Risk Assessment, Safety Management, Financial Management or other related areas.

Role Purpose
This role provides dedicated onsite oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across all phases of a hyperscale data centre construction project in Chon Buri, Thailand. Acting as a key point of contact for construction safety and compliance, the consultant will ensure full alignment with Thai regulatory requirements and international best practices. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, driving continuous improvement, and providing timely reporting to support effective decision-making by project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Safety Oversight
- Provide safety oversight across all project phases, from initial works through to completion.
 - Conduct daily and weekly site safety walks with contractors and project teams.
 - Act as a coach and advisor to the Contractor Safety Committee.
 - Integrate safety considerations into planning by participating in progress and schedule meetings.
 
Contractor Performance & Compliance
- Monitor contractor HSE performance for compliance with project procedures and Thai legal requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

This position is a key member of Bangkok Plant Environment Health and Safety Team, responsible to establish, plan, manage and operate to achieve the Environment Health and Safety objectives and goals by occupational health and safety management system in Bangkok Plant. RESPONSIBILITY
Promote employees on occupational health and safety awareness

Demonstrate high personal integrity in conducting business with external/internal parties. Ensure compliance to the laws, business guidelines and code of conduct/ethical standards set by company as well as local and the U.S. governments. 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety / Environment or equivalent.
 - 15+ years' experience in the environment, occupational health and safety field and 5+ years' experience in management position.
 - Proficient knowledge of Management System Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.)
 - Good record of work experience in relevant manufacturing industry e.g. HVAC, Machine/Equipment industry.
 - Fluent in English
 - Experience with green energy and sustainable projects is a plus
 - Must have a professional occupational safety officer certificate, Environmental professional license
. - Experience as lead auditor in ISO14001 / ISO45001 is beneficial.
 - A certificate in Water, Waste, or Air Pollution Control from the Industrial Department, as well as a certificate for being an Energy Conservation Responsible Person, is a plus.
