We are currently seeking an **Senior HSE Engineer** to join our team in our **_Chonburi, Thailand_** office. Overall control of Health, Safety, Environmental and Security system for all facility in order to ensure compliance with relevant law and requirements, HON requirement and best practice. Establishment, Maintain of HSE Management system to comply with Thailand HSE law, Honeywell requirement. Continual improvement of the HSE system by developing best practice or adopting a relevant international standard.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Establish, Maintain and Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental meet Thai Law and Honeywell requirements. This covers contractor and supplier control.
+ Monitor and ensure complying with all HSE law.
+ Identify and develop control measures of potential risks which may cause accidents, to obstruct hazard activities which expose such risks and notify both individuals and managers.
+ Participating in BBS, SWA, HPP program, participating in HSE Champion Models as mentors
+ Responsible for IH assessment, Monitoring & Measurement, as well as PPE management
+ Responsible for chemical hazard management and spill/leak prevention program
+ Responsible for all processes related to wastewater, air emission effluent and Industrial Waste Management
+ Ensure all Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting Facilities are ready to operate
+ Establish and ensure all activities, facilities related to Emergency Preparedness.
+ Responsible for employee work related to health concerned, including nurse control and annual health checkup activity.
+ Responsible for crane/hoist, ladder/scaffolding, WWS and vehicle safety. Participating SWP program.
+ Responsible for the plant security control system
+ Develop tools and programs to encourage or improve issues related to HSE.
+ Ensure HSE training program and HSE motivation program are in place.
+ Focal point for accident/incident and HSE nonconformance investigation and report.
+ Implement, Monitoring & report 5s activity.
+ Subordinate staff indirectly supervised 11 Security guards, and 1 nurse indirectly reported to.
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or above in Occupational Health and Safety ,Chemical ,Environment or related fields
+ Hold the Professional Safety License
+ Hold Environmental Controller certificate form DIW (Wastewater, Air Emission, Hazardous Waste)
+ Experience in ISO 14001 and ISO45001
+ Knowledge in 5s and Lean principle
+ Understanding for handling Hazardous Chemical
+ Technical skill including;
+ Industrial Safety (esp. Machine Guarding)
+ Training, Teaching, Coaching experience desired
+ Excellent motivational and influencing skills
+ Analytical problem solving ability

+ Create and deliver training programs to ensure those involved in maintaining the organization's environmental programs are aware of their responsibilities and how to discharge them. Provide training for all employees in support of achieving engagement in environment.
+ Coordinate and collaborate with Manager-EHS to support the safety risk control measures.
+ Waste management.
**Qualifications:**
+ University degree or equivalent level of qualification in safety, health, or an environmental discipline
+ An EH&S post graduate qualification may be substituted for EH&S competence gained through relevant and sufficient training and experience in excess of 1+ years.
+ Minimum 1+ years of EH&S experience required (Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing role preferred)
+ Demonstrated communication, collaboration and team working skills preferred
+ Demonstrated ability in conducting audits and inspections of all aspects of EHS throughout a Site
+ Ability to develop of best practice safety & environment procedures
+ Good language skill in English (writing, reading and speaking)
+ Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001
+ Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

**Planning and Budgeting**

**People Management & Development**
Allocate and balance work across direct reports, review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinate, coach, guide, develop and motivate them, help to resolve functional issues in the team, submit manpower request and interview candidates in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.
Develop skills of direct reports and others with EHS & S responsibilities in the organization.
**EHS Structure & Program Management**

o Evaluate and report environmental performance quarterly using TE environmental assessment tools.
**Sustainability and BCP**
Focus on GHG, energy, hazardous waste & scope 3 reduction.
o Track energy reducion data.
o Work with Facility team to identify opportunities of energy reduction.
o Coordinate business contunity plan of DG site.
o Follow BU, Seg and Corp policy and lead scope 3 reduction of the site
**What your background should look like**
+ University degree or equivalent level of qualification in safety, health,environmental,chemical, mechanical or related technical discipline
+ Thailand government required qualification as company EHS manager is a MUST
+ Professional EHS Certification preferred.
+ Minimum 8+ years EHS experience required.
+ Minimum 5+ years experience in EHS management in manufacturing.
+ 3+ years construction safety experience is a MUST.
+ Knowledge and experenice on scope 3 is preferred.
