**Job Overview**
Ensure and monitor EHS & Sustainability in the workplace including the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices with the objective of consistence with established company, environmental and government regulations within TE Erni - Thailand. In charge of EHS for DDN construction project at the Erni site during construction period.

**Planning and Budgeting**
Initiate and execute annual EHS & S improvement project plan, EHS & S training plan, EHS & S internal audit plan and annual EHS & S budget
**People Management & Development**
Allocate and balance work across direct reports, review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinate, coach, guide, develop and motivate them, help to resolve functional issues in the team, submit manpower request and interview candidates in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.
Develop skills of direct reports and others with EHS & S responsibilities in the organization.
**EHS Structure & Program Management**
Build action plans for the implementation of the organization's EHS & S programs and take a leadership role in execution in order to deliver the organization's EHS & S goals and strategy.
o Setting up strong Safety Frst culture.
o Establish and develop procedures and teams for driving EHS improvements and managing EHS programs.
o Communicate with all levels in the organization on EHS to engage with, influence and promote EHS culture.
o Follow up internal and external audit to verify EHS performance and continue improvement.
o Maintein ISO14001 and TEOA Env.compliance tools.
o Ensure safety of construction projects in the Thailand Erni site.
o Ensure safety of plant moving, including but not limited to moving IND equipment out and DDN equipment in. As well as its installation and commissioning safety
**Reporting**
Implement below tasks in order to meet the requirements of reporting.
o Report related required EHS&S data to site,BU management, BU EHS and Corporate EHS.
o Report related EHS&S data required based on applicable legal regulations and TE policies.
o Monitor and report organizational safety performance against TEOA Safety Tool.
o Evaluate and report environmental performance quarterly using TE environmental assessment tools.
**Sustainability and BCP**
Focus on GHG, energy, hazardous waste & scope 3 reduction.
o Track energy reducion data.
o Work with Facility team to identify opportunities of energy reduction.
o Coordinate business contunity plan of DG site.
o Follow BU, Seg and Corp policy and lead scope 3 reduction of the site
**What your background should look like**
+ University degree or equivalent level of qualification in safety, health,environmental,chemical, mechanical or related technical discipline
+ Thailand government required qualification as company EHS manager is a MUST
+ Professional EHS Certification preferred.
+ Minimum 8+ years EHS experience required.
+ Minimum 5+ years experience in EHS management in manufacturing.
+ 3+ years construction safety experience is a MUST.
+ Knowledge and experenice on scope 3 is preferred.

**What will I be doing?**
As a Safety and Security, you are responsible for managing all aspects of security, safety and risk management processes for assigned hotels to deliver a safe Guest and Member experience. An Area Safety Manager will also be required to assist in investigations and liaise with local enforcement officials. A Security and Safety Manager will also be required to carry out full investigations and audit the hotel to ensure health and safety compliance. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Manage the internal and external guest accident/incident records by applying standard legal practices where necessary
+ Guide the investigative process relative to criminal activities at the Property Level
+ Manage health and safety, food safety, fire safety, security, trading standards, public health, housing, and disability within allocated hotels
+ Assist in investigations at hotel level and provide advice for the protection of the company's owned and managed assets
+ Liaise with local enforcement officials on statutory routine inspections and accident investigation
+ Analyze statistical accident data to allocate resources for high risk areas at hotels

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
+ 5 years of experience in co-ordinating or managing resources for data center locations, and leading operational or project based work and tasks.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ Experience in managing workforce.
+ Experience with Google application.
+ Knowledge of physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management.
+ Knowledge of security technology including access control and CCTV.

As a Data Center Security Manager, you will lead projects with minimal guidance, leveraging your expertise in security technology, data analysis and visualization to drive team efforts. You will collaborate across teams, propose creative solutions and uphold Google's cultural values while contributing to a positive work environment. You will ensure security integrity, investigate breaches and implement effective solutions to safeguard our infrastructure.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee compliance, security and risk management programs for the data center campus including incident management, guard agreements and physical security issues.
+ Provide after hours on-call support and serve as the primary contact for emergencies, event response and crisis management.
+ Conduct investigations into code of conduct violations, workplace injuries and security incidents, as well as Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
+ Enforce compliance processes in alignment with Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage security-related budgets, forecasts and invoice control for the assigned campus while supporting financial analysis and decision-making for security requirements.
