Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit documents for import/export license renewal and applications, including following up on approval status and coordinating with relevant government authorities.
2. Maintain and manage all import/export license documentation, including renewals and proper filing
3. Handle import quota allocation requests, prepare import reports, and process refund claims for goods imported under quota privileges.
4. Oversee the entire purchasing process within the system — coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely procurement operations that meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in import–export operations and customs procedures.

3. Experienced in coordinating with government agencies such as the Customs Department, Department of Foreign Trade, Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

4. At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a related industry.

Position summary:

To be responsible for supervising material inbound and outbound as well as finished goods transportation. Manage custom processing trade manuals and equipments imports duty free.

Responsibility :

1. Compiles all documents and records details on imported/exported cargo before it is allowed to be moved into Thailand.

2. Arrange cargo transportation from pick up to arrive at door.

3. Complete necessary government procedures including custom clearance, inspection, etc.

4. Complete production line import procedures as set up by the board.

5. Maintain finished goods dispatch schedule.

6. Maintain customs handbook of import material for export processing.

7. Cost saving on freights and duties.

8. Hazardous material management.

9. Other job-related duties as assigned.

Expected Years of Experience :

1. 5 years supply chain related job experience; prefer above 5years working experience of supply chain in manufacturing company.

The Import & Export Manager oversees and manages all import and export operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness throughout the global supply chain. This role involves supervising import/export officers, negotiating with suppliers and freight partners, ensuring compliance with trade and customs regulations (including Form D, CIF, AD/AC rules), and optimizing logistics processes to support the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Operations Management

·  Plan and oversee all import/export operations to ensure timely, compliant delivery of goods.

·  Supervise and support the import/export team to maintain documentation accuracy and procedural efficiency.

·  Develop and implement policies and procedures for international trade and logistics.

2. Procurement & Sales Coordination

·  Oversee creation and approval of Purchase Orders and Sales-related export documentation.

·  Coordinate with procurement, sales, production, and finance teams to align supply chain and customer requirements.

·  Evaluate and manage suppliers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders for performance and cost efficiency.

3. Compliance & Risk Management

·  Ensure compliance with customs, tax, and international trade laws (CIF, FOB, Form D, AC, AD regulations).

·  Maintain updated knowledge of ASEAN and international free trade agreements.

·  Manage and resolve issues related to customs clearance, import permits, and export declarations.

·  Lead internal trade compliance audits and implement corrective actions.

4. Financial & Performance Oversight

·  Control logistics costs and analyze freight trends for cost-saving opportunities.

·  Review and approve freight, duty, and tax-related payments.

·  Prepare management reports on shipment performance, cost analysis, and customs matters.

5. Leadership & Communication

·  Lead, train, and evaluate import/export officers and coordinators.

·  Act as the primary contact for government agencies, customs authorities, and trade-related organizations.

·  Communicate effectively across departments and with international partners.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

·  Minimum 7 years of experience in import/export operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

·  Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, CIF, Form D, AC/AD regulations, and trade compliance.

·  Experience in steel or raw material import/export is a strong advantage.

·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English — IELTS 6.5+ / TOEIC 800+ preferred.

·  Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office applications.
