Your Key Responsibilities

• Bench marking of components (Belt Tensioner) from market and understand product requirement
• Design of Tensioner parts according to customer/benchmark requirements by considering internal and international standard
• Focus on standardization of component while designing for new projects
• Perform required design calculations, FEA, Simulations etc.
• Prepare product drawings (assembly/component) in 2D/3D format according to internal standard requirement
• Prepare necessary design documents such as FMEA, design reports, ECN, BOM, etc.
• Lead the product development process of respective projects (including bench marking, product design, prototype and validation) coordinating with internal and external customer's/supplier's
• Participate in required customer/supplier meetings and vehicle fitment trail's
• Participate in failure analysis / RPA activity and support with necessary inputs to resolve

Your Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Engineer (Mechanical/ Automobile)
• Working experience of min. 3 years for Belt Tensioner Designer
• Languages Skills: English (Mandate) and any AP language beneficial
• Strong technical background in tensioner design for passenger/commercial vehicle
• Co-operative working attitude with strong target orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Software knowledge of ProE/Creo/ANSYS/Windchill/SAP
• Good understanding of manufacturing process knowledge such as Stamping, Heat treatment, Casting, Machining, Injection Moulding,.etc

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible in Read-Write Integration (RWI) related work for product improvement (yield/quality/test time)

• Lead and manage Read-Write integration (RWI) efforts aimed at improving product yield, quality, and test time
• Conduct failure analysis, providing insightful feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement
• Actively engage in the early ramp-up of HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) products, driving improvements related to Read-Write performance

Qualifications

The Role
We're looking for a Product Design Lead to join our AI Assistant team and shape the future of conversational travel experiences. This hybrid role blends hands-on product design with light team leadership, managing a small group of 2–3 talented designers.

You'll lead the UX strategy for AI-powered interactions like smart chat, trip planning, support automation, and contextual travel recommendations. You'll also mentor designers, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and help evolve our design culture across the organisation.

What You'll Do
Design & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end design of AI and chat-based experiences across web and app.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, helpful user flows and intuitive interfaces.
• Create prototypes and flows that balance clarity, trust, and speed for our users.
• Drive UX and visual design quality within your scope, while aligning with Agoda's broader vision.
