The BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) vertical is one of the most strategically important growth areas for AppsFlyer in the APAC region. With the acceleration of FinTech, InsurTech, and digital-first financial services across markets like India, SEA, and China, BFSI brands are redefining customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through mobile-first strategies.

*About the Role *

The Industry Lead - BFSI will serve as AppsFlyer's subject matter expert in the BFSI vertical across APAC, with a focus on Southeast Asia. This is a senior-level, cross-functional role with high visibility across strategic accounts and regional leadership. This role demands vertical ownership, industry expertise, and the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels across the organization and client base.

While not a team management role, this position requires strong influence, industry credibility, and the ability to work across functions: Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, and Data, to support the region's most strategic accounts in FinTech, digital banking, insurance, and beyond.

*What You'll Do *

  • Develop and execute AppsFlyer's BFSI vertical strategy across Southeast Asia and broader APAC markets, including FinTech, NBFCs, digital banking, and insurance.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with vertical-specific insights to influence strategic deals, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

*What You Have *

  • 10+ years of experience in BFSI or FinTech, ideally across growth, digital, marketing, or strategy roles, with exposure to regional (SEA and APAC) dynamics.
  • Familiarity with financial regulation, digital banking, and mobile-first innovation in markets like Thailand, SEA, India, and China, including relevant bodies such as BOT, MAS, or local regulators.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders through insight-led engagement and strong vertical credibility.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional GTM teams on high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to extract and translate performance data into client value and strategic recommendations.

Job Requirement/Specification: Education: Bachelor s Degree in Pharmaceutical Technologies, Pharmacy, Chemistry engineering, Food Science or any related field Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical & Nutraceuticals manufacturing, preferably R&D or technical person who have experience in designing & developing the optimal pharmaceutical dosage form for drug or formulation. Others: Good business acumen and communication skills to build long-standing and successful relationships with customers.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex customer relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Adapt & develop solutions as per customer needs with clear & decisive communication.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data driven decisions.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good understanding with Salesforce CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to travel to visit customer as needed.

Strong Collaboration, negotiation, persuasion skills.

Certification or training in sales, account management or customer relationship management is a plus.

High competency working with Microsoft office.

Work independently with minimum supervision.

Self-motivated and disciplined approach is essential.

Proficiency in English is essential, fluent in any SEA language is an added advantage.

Job Description

Our client is a logistics group that provides multinational forwarders such as airlines , shipping line warehousing, ecommerce express parcel agency services etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Accountant and the position is based in Bangkok Thailand.

Key job responsibilities

  • Cover the corporate accounting duties for the firm
  • Cover monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and ensure the financial reporting is aligned with accounting standards
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare financial and management reporting
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow and expense
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, audits etc
  • Assist in tax filing, statutory reporting, audit
  • Assist in some administrative duties such as payroll coordination, employee onboarding documents

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other qualifications
  • At least 5 years of corporate accounting experience, logistics industry is an advantage
  • Independent whilst a team player
  • Detailed-oriented, responsible, motivated
  • Good English language skills, good communication skills
  • Native Thai language
