About Team

The Data Quality Officer is involved in ensuring data quality standards are implemented and practiced across the enterprise. Through the Data Quality Index (DQI) and dashboard, the main role of the Data Quality Officer is to create data quality measurement, monitor and analyze data quality issues and identify solutions to enable a healthy data-oriented culture at an enterprise level.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Excel;
• In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of SAP systems;
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and highly developed analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data in QAD, ensuring high accuracy
• Implement process enhancements (mandatory fields, dropdown lists, workflows) to improve data quality
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop or enhance analysis methods to proactively capture potential issues
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects requiring master data expertise
• Partner with Finance on costing topics and with CTI on improving data collection processes
• Document master data processes and keep procedural guidelines up to date

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Master Data OR in similar role, preferrably in manufacturing / semi-conductor industry
• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proficiency in ERP Systems and experience in QAD is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
