This position will play a critical role to establish data ownership and data quality management best practices to ensure quality in the data across AIA Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Implement data quality measurement on Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to ensure data quality metrics are in place for ongoing monitoring and meet Group Data Governance Standard.

The Master Data Specialist manages the processes, governance, policies, standards and tools that consistently define and manage critical data of the company in order to provide a single point of reference.
- Contributes to developing and implementing data management strategy and processes for all local business data required. Aim is to efficiently execute local company operations.
- Manage GDS Info flow in relation with Sales and Customers.
- Supports in implementing of Master Data required systems on a local level (i.e. SAP, BMI, service systems etc.) and is linking pin with central master data team.
- Ensures data accuracy by:
- Identifying data requirements for current and future state local business processes.
- Detecting data gaps, identifying functional data owners and driving them to develop data cleansing plans based on data gaps.
- Ensure system related and structural issues are solved effectively by:
- Continuous improvement of the system through implementing improvement projects;
- Follow-up and testing of RFC's at IBM, if requested;
- Communicating effectively root – cause and solution of master data issues to all involved departments to ensure the issue won't reappear.
- Evaluate external customer satisfaction, define and implement improvement activities based on these results.

Coordinate between GAC and Sales on transportation issues
Request damaged boxes from Malaysia
Check Jobber Transport Grouping of these items
TPR (Temporary Price Reduction)/ Sales Promotion
Check Sell Out (TPR)
Prepare TPR summary for center
Summarize TPR and discuss setting Actual TPR with Finance
Set Actual TPR in TAS
What we're looking for
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Excel;
- In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of SAP systems;
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and highly developed analytical skills.

The Director, Data Center Quality Commissioning is a leadership role, responsible for leading their teams responsible for managing and implementing the commissioning process for all Global Data Center facilities on time and on budget.
The process is designed to identify and resolve issues early in the design and construction process to ensure reliability, safety, and cost effectiveness of Global Data Center projects.
This role leads their team in commissioning in-house projects and also overseeing third-party commissioning agents as they are engaged in Global Data Center projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility for the leadership of Global Data Center commissioning projects.
- Manages data center commissioning project delivery strategy in alignment with the road map strategy.
- Drives the project Commissioning process including scope and schedule.
- Ensures the development of Commissioning Procedures and Standards.
- Refines practices/policies and develops methods/techniques for driving solutions including development of commissioning procedures.
- Manages the contracted Commissioning Agent assigned to a Data Center construction Project.
- Leads and provides coaching and mentorship to their broader Commissioning team(s).
- Performs construction site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning process.
- Regularly reviews Construction Progress, QA/QC, Commissioning progress, issues, and KPI metrics to report to senior leadership.
- Coordinates meetings and activities of vendor project managers including integration of lessons learned.
- Attends scheduled owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, and report as necessary.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of their team(s) and is responsible for coaching, mentoring, developing and motivating their team(s) to achieve key goals and objectives.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Significant technical Knowledge of MEP systems.
- People manager who is also an agile team leader who is additive to the team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to coordinate, supervise, and communicate with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on these systems.
- Ability to logically analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to effectively multi-task multiple projects.
- Ability to stay abreast with date center quality commissioning trends and best practices.
- Significant knowledge relating to critical facilities and data center construction.
- Significant understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and critical mechanical systems.
- Able to develop and write detailed commissioning Scripts.
- Significant ability to influence and problem solve challenging situations.
- Significant project management skills.
- Significant proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, MS Project.
Academic qualifications and certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Quality/Commissioning, or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation from Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Required experience:
- Significant experience in a data center environment managing projects/operations.
- Significant experience in data center commissioning.
- Significant data center construction project management.
- Significant experience in data center facility maintenance, operation and/or commissioning.
- Demonstrated experience in Electrical and Mechanical Test Equipment.
