    • 2 year work experience as IT Security Officer or IT Security Engineer.

Position Overview

The Information Technology Manager is responsible for leading the IT department in developing and implementing a long-term vision for technology at ISB. The IT Manager will oversee the IT budget and manage all aspects of the school's network systems, servers, hardware, and software. ●    Strategic Leadership and Planning

●    Vendor Management and Procurement

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and suppliers.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor agreements to secure the best terms for the school.

●    Data Management and Cybersecurity

  • Oversee data management processes to ensure sensitive information is securely stored and protected.
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to ensure adherence to data privacy laws and government regulations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.

●    Project Management

Required Qualifications

●    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

●    Prior experience in a similar leadership position.

●    Demonstrated experience in managing IT infrastructure, operations, and support services.

Preferred Qualifications

●    Demonstrated experience in technology planning and implementation within an educational setting.

●    Experience in managing cybersecurity, data management, and disaster recovery.

●    Experience in project management and vendor management.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a SAP FICO support or analyst role.
  • Solid understanding of SAP ECC Fl/CO configuration concepts, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Internal Orders.
  • Able to communicate technical requirements and assess configuration solutions proposed by HQ/global teams.
  • Experience working in a global SAP support model and coordinating with remote teams.
  • Familiarity with interfaces and integration between SAP and external systems.
  • Experience with SAP UAT processes, including test case preparation, coordination, and sign-off procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Thai financial and tax regulations and localization impacts on SAP.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, multi-national environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BPM is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices or project implementation methodologies.
  • SAP Fl/CO certification is an advantage.

Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity strategy to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that support business continuity, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Network Infrastructure Management

  2. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade LAN/WAN architecture

  3. Oversee performance, uptime, and scalability of core systems and connectivity
  4. Manage network segmentation for secure access across business units

  5. Cybersecurity & Risk Mitigation

  6. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and PDPA

  7. Lead threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management programs
  8. Implement firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and DLP solutions

  9. Access & Identity Governance

  10. Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  11. Integrate with KGroup's IAM platform for centralized identity management

  12. Compliance & Audit Readiness

  13. Ensure IT systems meet BOT, PDPA, and internal audit requirements

  14. Maintain logs, audit trails, and reporting mechanisms for regulatory bodies
  15. Coordinate with Legal and Risk teams for compliance reviews

  16. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

  17. Design and test BCP/DR plans for critical systems and data centers

  18. Ensure secure backup strategies with offsite replication and recovery SLAs

  19. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  20. Supervise network engineers, security analysts, and infrastructure staff

  21. Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and managed services
  22. Develop team capabilities through training and certification programs
