• สนับสนุนการบริหารการประชุมโครงการ ช่วง Pre Construction หรือประชุมอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้สำเร็จลุล่วง, จัดทำบันทึก, กำหนดประเด็นและสรุปเพื่อรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ติดตามและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารว่าจ้างต่าง ๆ
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท เพื่อให้การประมาณราคาโครงการสำเร็จลุล่วง
• ประสานงานการพิจารณาคัดเลือกบริษัทที่ปรึกษา ผู้รับเหมา และผู้ผลิต(Supplier)
• ประสานงานในการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ทั้งในด้านเทคนิคการทำงาน และด้านเจรจาประสานงานระหว่างผู้รับเหมาและผู้ผลิต(Supplier)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
2. มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างตั้งแต่ 0-2 ปี
3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตฐานงานก่อสร้างอาคารและระบบสาธารณูปโภค (Standard for Building Construction) และข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง
4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD และ MS Office
5. มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม

Position: Scheduler (Construction & Project Management)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Track progress against the baseline schedule and report deviations to the project team.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment.
• Lead or participate in planning and coordination meetings to support project execution.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and recovery plans.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities for Network

Design, implement and manage network solution for enterprise Customers

Conduct Network Assignments, installation, configurations and testing

Troubleshoot and resolve network issue high availability and optimal performance

Qualification

• Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management / or related field required.
• 5 -7 years' experience as project manager in the insurance business.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Ability to analyzes and reports project status and monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content in accordance with PMO standards
• Ability to work autonomously while also managing aggressive delivery schedules
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be highly organized
• Strong problem solving, people-management skills negotiation skills as well as a passion for improving on process and tools.
