• New project management, APQP Process expired worked as Tier 1 supplier, Project Feasibility Analysis, Risk Management, QMS (IATF 16949, VDA6.3), Lean manufacturing, etc.
• Strong and systematic thinking, can work with less supervision,
• Ability to work under high pressure with excellent coordination skills and professional customer meeting capabilities
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)or related software.
• English/ Chinese Speaking would be advantage.

Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician (Electroplating)

Chonburi, Thailand

Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will ensure quality documentation of processes exist, compliance standards are followed, and timely process of customer orders are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

·    Inspect the quality of copper received from the Supply Chain and VMI Copper departments and report any irregularities to the Supervisor.

·    Check the daily status of machinery as outlined in the daily inspection schedule, recording the results accurately from the employees, and submit a report to the Supervisor whenever abnormalities are discovered.

·    Ensure the inspection of any workpieces that have fallen on the floor or within the machines at the conclusion of each job and issue a traceability document every time a pallet of work is depleted.

·    Assign personnel for daily operations or specific machinery as appropriate to ensure maximum efficiency in machine operation.

·    Print the Traveler Sheet each time a production lot is completed and accurately record the information each time.

·    Review the daily work log after each shift to examine the amount of work completed, defective work, work time, and lost time during tasks.

·    Summarize daily performance data for the machinery being supervised and be prepared to address concerns during daily Tier meetings if there are issues regarding work shortages or defective output.

·    Supervise compliance with company policies, both in the workplace and outside of it.

·    Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor, or act in the Supervisor's place when coordinating with other departments as needed.

·    Motivate employees under your supervision to work toward the organizational targets.

·    Develop and enhance employee skills, including training on proper procedures according to Leader Standardized Work and ensuring safe working practices.

·    Coordinate with the maintenance department to oversee and manage the maintenance of machinery according to scheduled tasks, such as preventive maintenance (PM) intervals.

·    Clean PPE after each use and store it in the cabinet after it has dried.
