Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee vehicles within the Vehicle Stock Yard in a systematic and well-organized manner to ensure efficient vehicle movement, storage, and release processes.
2. Supervise the team in tracking and locating vehicles reported with issues by the factory, Presale and After-sale departments, ensuring prompt and accurate inspection and resolution.
3. Inspect and identify quality issues in vehicles located within the Stock Yard, report findings to the relevant departments, analyze root causes, follow up on corrective actions, and implement scope removal for affected vehicles to ensure quality control and prevent recurrence.
4. Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Logistics departments to effectively follow up on and report relevant issues.
5. New coming inspector training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience e in automotive industrial
• Quality Engineer including more than 3 years of experience in managing vehicle stock yard.
• Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO9001)
• Strong abilities in communication, organization, coordination, execution, Excellent analytical and independent problem-solving.
• Can communication in English and Thai; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

รายละเอียดของงาน:

• ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน วางแผนงาน ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ งานซ่อมบำรุงฉุกเฉิน งาน Shutdown ตามแผนที่กำหนด และ งาน Turnaround สำหรับเครื่องจักร ให้มีความพร้อมและความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน (Preventive Maintenance >95%)
• ดำเนินการให้บุคคลากรในสายงานและผู้รับเหมาที่ดำเนินการตรวจสอบให้ปฏิบัติตามข้อที่กฏหมายกำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด (งานตรวจสอบและทดสอบถังเก็บและจ่ายก๊าซแบบเหนือพื้นดิน) (ปฏิบัติตามกฏหมาย 100%)
• ควบคุมงานตรวจสอบและดำเนินการระบบงานบริหารจัดการทางด้าน Mechanical Integrity and Reliability  ให้เป็นไปตามแผนและครอบคลุมถึงรายละเอียดของการตรวจสอบความพร้อมเครื่องจักรและการวิเคราะห์ความน่าเชื่อถือโดยเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากลและใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำสรุปรายงานเกี่ยวกับสภาพเครื่องจักร (Plant Health Monitoring) เพื่อเฝ้าติดตามแนวโน้มสภาพการ เสียหายของเครื่องจักร (Monthly Report)
• ศึกษาและสรรหาเทคโนโลยีการตรวจสอบสมัยใหม่ เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้งานระบบตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร ให้มีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ (Advanced NDT Technology)
• กระตุ้นให้บุคคลากรในสายงานและผู้รับเหมาที่ดำเนินการตรวจสอบให้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน (Work Instruction) , ระเบียบวิธีการปฏิบัติงาน (Procedure) และเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน Inspection และ Reliability  อย่างเคร่งครัด (ปฏิบัติตาม WI และระเบียบการปฏิบัติงาน 100%)

• Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials (e.g. soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel).
• Carry out General and Principal Inspections for trunk road bridges (comprising steel, concrete and masonry), retaining walls and high mast lights.
• Perform inspection on projects requiring expertise and knowledge in multiple areas of construction inspection.
