**What does product design look like at Agoda?**

Typically, product designers at Agoda work alongside a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together they drive their own part of Agoda, deliver solutions to problems and get feedback directly from customers and internal partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with product and design squads to enhance experiences for both Agoda consumers and hotel partners.
- Conduct industry-wide benchmarking across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and assist in summarizing key highlights and trends.
- Develop prototypes for user testing purposes and actively participate in user interviews while documenting insightful notes.
- Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading travel booking experiences

**Help us understand your vision for this role. What gaps will this position fill? How will this role support business goals?**

We are constantly looking for ways to optimize the core funnel experience across accommodation, flights, and activities. We have several squad teams focus on vertical area including Search & Discover, Select & Compare and Book & Pay. We also have squads which span across the customer journey. The designer on the horizontal squad would play a critical role in aligning with vertical teams to drive scalable solutions while meeting business objectives.

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user exp eriences for digital products.
- Working with client and project teams to complete the information architecture and interface development processes for new production projects including site map, wire frame layout and template development.
- Working with internal and client team to design and build user-friendly interfaces based on functional specifications.
- Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions.

**Requirements/ Skills/ Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
- Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX.
- **Must have: Figma, Sketch, InVision.**:

- Nice to have: UXPin, Balsamiq and Adobe XD
- Preferable skills: Design System expert & experience
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities.

- Website design: Define and maintain a visual identity for our site
- Translate UX and Product inputs (sketches, flows, wireframes) into hi-fidelity designs
