**Your impact**:
- As a Product Designer Intern, you will be an integral part of our design team, contributing to the development and refinement of our Amity Social Cloud product. Your creativity and innovative designs will directly shape how our clients engage with their digital communities, and your work will have a visible impact on our product's user experience.
**Your team**:
- You will be joining a product team of product designers and product managers. Work closely with cross-functional teams.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:
- Assist in the design and iteration of UI/UX elements for the Amity Social Cloud platform.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
- Help maintain and update design systems and style guides.
- Work with product managers and developers to ensure design and implementation feasibility.
- Engage in team meetings and design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
**Your ideal profile**:
- Experience using wire-framing tools, especially with Figma.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects or contributions (academic or personal projects acceptable).
- Able to understand and follow a design system.
- Interest or experience in social media, community platforms, or related fields is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate in Thai and English.

**What does product design look like at Agoda?**
Typically, product designers at Agoda work alongside a product manager, 6-8 engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners. Together they drive their own part of Agoda, deliver solutions to problems and get feedback directly from customers and internal partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with product and design squads to enhance experiences for both Agoda consumers and hotel partners.
- Conduct industry-wide benchmarking across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and assist in summarizing key highlights and trends.
- Develop prototypes for user testing purposes and actively participate in user interviews while documenting insightful notes.
- Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading travel booking experiences

We are constantly looking for ways to optimize the core funnel experience across accommodation, flights, and activities. We have several squad teams focus on vertical area including Search & Discover, Select & Compare and Book & Pay. We also have squads which span across the customer journey. The designer on the horizontal squad would play a critical role in aligning with vertical teams to drive scalable solutions while meeting business objectives.
