Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative and effective digital strategies for our international projects in the Southeast Asian markets. Collaborating closely with the Creative teams, you will drive our artists' success by staying ahead of industry trends, optimizing audience targeting, and delivering measurable results, playing a significant role in the success of our international artists and campaigns. You'll also work with media buying teams from key industry partners to create holistic media plans across platforms.**What you will do**:

- Develop and implement digital strategies (social media advertising, digital streaming platform advertising, influencer, and creator marketing) for key priority artists' projects, releases, and catalogue repertoire. Set campaign objectives/KPIs (stream growth, creation growth, audience development), monitor and evaluate effectiveness of online spends.
- Track and measure the results of digital media campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. Be proactive in providing analysis and advising team on best performing tactics. Using campaign results and data to inform future campaigns with best performing tactics.
- Be proactive and staying ahead of industry trends. Be informed about the latest developments and opportunities on digital platforms. Advise and develop the most effective and relevant campaigns with the knowledge of industry trends and staying ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the Creative Teams to conceptualize innovative content for digital roll outs in the region. Using tools to identify key trends and working with third-party agencies to engage with content creators in the region. Understanding the need to for localisation for hyper local markets and being scalable for the region when creating creative briefs and assets.
- Lead planning and reporting sessions with the teams, setting the agenda and leading follow up discussion. Provide in-depth project analysis measuring the success of campaigns/tools and communicate the results to all relevant stakeholders.
- Be adaptable and agile. The music industry is constantly changing, you'll need to be able to adapt quickly to new trends and technologies. You will also need to be able to pivot strategies as needed to meet the changing needs of campaign objectives.
- Be data driven. The digital marketing manager should use the relevant data to inform all of their decisions including tracking and measuring the results of campaigns and using that data to optimize future campaigns.
- Be creative and innovative. The digital marketing manager needs to be able to develop creative and innovative campaigns that will resonate with our target audience. You'll need to be able to think outside the box and come up with new solutions to challenges.
- Develop a reputation as a go-to positive person who is constantly resourceful with a great attitude.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, multi-media, music business, digital business, mathematic, business management or any related field is preferred, not mandate.
- At least 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience at a record label or other related media companies.
- Experienced with advertising on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of the music & entertainment marketplace. Knowledge of the music streaming landscape.
- Solid understanding / interest in lifestyle verticals and Urban culture.
- Social Media Obsessed: Demonstrated knowledge of and professional planning and executing experience with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Google etc.).
- Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and have the ability to be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak in forums, meetings and presentations.
- Experienced and skilled at acting as a liaison between the artists/artist management and the label using persuasion, empathy, communication and trust is a plus.
- Must be highly organized and capable of developing and keeping to a project timeline.
- Prior experience with a variety of digital marketing tools.
- Creative, self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Proficiency/knowledge in CRM programs including Salesforce, Tableau etc. is a plus.
- Data analysis/consumer-behaviour research skills are a plus.
