**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Manages the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement especially in scope of import/export process in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives
+ Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
+ Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various transport service providers, production process and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
+ Is responsible to perform main job.
+ Is responsible to monitoring and recording to ERP
+ Is responsible to perform task under the safety rule
+ Is responsible for coordinating with the transport service provider, customs broker, customs office
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 0-3-year work experience in import/export or related field

Supports logistics activities and procedures to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction and cost saving.
**Job Requirements**
+ Responsibilities:- Handing import and export shipments to ensure smooth import-export operations and compliance with customs regulations.- Contact and coordinate with oversea of customers, Freight Forwarder, shipping companies and related internal departments.- Perform SAP system-based Goods Receipt (GR) and Bill invoice for imported shipments- Monitor shipments to be on schedule as needed.- Assist in resolving day-to-day problems encountered- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Import & Export function.
- Excellence in SAP module and Experience with SAP S4 or related ERP systems would be an advantage
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, FTA would be an advantage
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage multiple tasks under high pressure and work independently or in a team
- Computer literacy in MS office

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:

- Good understanding and ability to interpret of traffic and logistics laws, rules and regulations.
- Good knowledge of import / export rules and regulations, compliance and documentation requirements.
- Basic math, data entry and 10-key skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to identify and resolve limited complexity process/system problems using financial, analytical, and/or statistical models.
- Commercial and financial awareness, particularly of transportation and logistics costs and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

**Physical Demands**:

- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
