วางกลยุทธ์และแผนการดำเนินงานโปรเจคขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ (Cross-border Shipping)
สรรหาและเจรจาความร่วมมือกับพาร์ตเนอร์ขนส่งต่างประเทศ (DHL, UPS, FedEx, ไปรษณีย์จีน ฯลฯ)
- บริหารทีม (BD, Customer Service, Operation) เพื่อขับเคลื่อนโปรเจคให้สำเร็จตาม KPI
- ออกแบบและปรับปรุง Business Model แบบนายหน้า (Broker) ให้เหมาะสมกับตลาดไทย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีขึ้นไป ในสายงาน Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Cross-border E-commerce หรือธุรกิจขนส่ง
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์จริงเกี่ยวกับ การบริหารโครงการ (Project Management)

Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
1) Order Management: Handle orders and inquiries from the headquarters(Japan) and overseas customers, and input data into the company's internal system.
2) Logistics & Customs Arrangement: Communicate and coordinate with shipping and airline companies and freight forwarders. Select the optimal transportation method and create necessary documents for import/export (e.g., invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, AWBs, PO, OA).
3) Customs-Related Procedures: Prepare import/export declaration documents, cooperate with customs brokers, and calculate/pay duties and consumption tax.
4) Delivery Management: Coordinate with the headquarters and customers to adjust delivery dates and manage progress.
5) Inventory Management: Arrange for the receipt and shipment of imported goods and coordinate with the warehouse.
6) Trade Document Creation & Management: Create, file, and manage various trade-related documents.

Claim Handling: Provide initial support for any issues related to transportation or product defects.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience in international trade operations (especially at a trading company, manufacturer, or freight
forwarder).
• Business-level English communication skills (via email, conference calls, etc.).

• Accurate and swift administrative processing skills.
