RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, review, print, and disseminate training materials to be used in training, such as instructional notes, feedback forms, and so on
- Prepare reports on training activities and results with timely manner
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction

- Stay up to date with employee development trends
- Assist training Manager to identify best practices for training functionality and process improvement
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and adequate of databases
- Professional Proficiency in English Writing and Moderate in English Speaking
- Experience with learning management software
- The ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure, and strong endurance skills
- The ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as a training administrators or coordinators or similar role either professionally or through an internship
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
- Support people by heart and learning attitude
- Strong Time management skills and High commitment
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred

**Job Summary**
The Tooling Coordinator III will be responsible to maintain, coordinate, update records, visual inspection, and coordinate shipping to the tooling of warehouse. Tooling Coordinator III will update the company databases as appropriate ensuring accurate materials and tooling status. Tooling Coordinator III will utilize their experience and expertise to train and mentor new Tooling Coordinator II's.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed.
+ Track shipments that have been sent to customers/ Field Service Representatives to use in repairing customer parts as well as tools that are being retuned for calibration.
+ Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed.
+ Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration.
+ Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed.
+ When new tools are purchased they are added to database.
+ Assist in training and mentoring new Tooling Coordinators as applicable
+ Coordinate and package all supplies that will be needed by the outages.
+ Monitor each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed.
+ As stock are depleted issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
+ Maintain warranty records for parts. Request manufacture/vendor to replace parts that wear out within the warranty period.
+ Coordinate the shipping of parts working with the Service Managers to ensure on time delivery of kits when needed as well as coordinating the ship of kits that need to be repaired coming from the sites.
+ Do visual inspection of specialized kits that come from the sites to determine that everything is there and replace parts as necessary.
+ Follow and update the Field Service Tooling procedures to make sure compliance is always met.
+ Submit billing reports.
+ Maintain housekeeping of Warehouse to meet EHS standards.
+ Meet or exceed customer requested delivery date for kit as noted on work order provided by Services Manager or Supervisors.
+ Maintenance records for kits that have been processed.
+ Create and manage purchase orders for replacement parts for kits.
+ Stocking of tools and kit parts to ensure availability of parts per each sites specific requirement as outlined in specification sheets.
+ Forklift experience (skills test administered if applicable)
+ Ensuring that kits are delivered on time with no quality (missing parts or non-working parts) issues once delivered.

**Required Qualifications & Experience** :
+ Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in a tooling-related role
+ Or High School Diploma and 5 years of logistics planning and execution experience
+ Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals

+ Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company's ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner. Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory
+ Lead the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Define all the CSD/SEM issues, prepare and distribute the issues accordingly. Follow up with the project team on CSD and BIM model updates
+ Lead the BIM modelers assigned to the project and manage the process of exchange
+ Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities
+ Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned
+ Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works
**Qualifications**
+ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
+ Preferably with minimum 5 years of working experience in design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within engineering design consulting business
+ Familiar in operation and have good knowledge of softwares such as Revit, Aecosim, Microstation and AutoCAD
+ Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
+ Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within team environment when required
+ Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
+ Willing to accept fixed term contract of 2 years

The Purchasing Coordinator’s role is to conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors. As well as inspecting stock, updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
- Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities
- Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled
