**Job Scope:**
The OV/OTE Planner is integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the End to end flow of TE products from TE Suppliers to TE Customers. Moreover, the function drives the achievement of relevant Supply Chain KPIs and plans the efficient and effective flow of OV/OTE products via purchase order management, backlog management, managing delivery performance, inventory levels, and driving lead time performance.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Backlog Management. Manually create deliveries for finished products to customer when necessary. Deal with ZPWL release blocks (ER, WR, MR, 61, 10). Update LRC - proactively update CC through ZPWL or ZBMT and visualize new confirmation dates in SAP. Manage future late: attempt to correct orders which were reconfirmed to later date than original confirmation date. Timely answer customers escalations, (Rob's file),PO Management (Purchase order creation, PO Confirmation, Follow-up),
+ MRP exception reports for Finished Goods while optimizing on-hand inventory and meeting service requirements. Execute all MRP exception messages (07, 10, 15, 20, 26).
+ Leads continuous improvement activity, individually and with teams to impact planning KPIs.
+ For finished goods, perform root causes analysis of late deliveries in support of corrective actions needed to drive delivery improvement. Able to perform similar actions proactively for future demand. Drive stock fulfilment for preferred and standard parts.
+ Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions
+ Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier (Supplier STC, LT accuracy, PO review), finalize Report Out of Supply Review
+ Elevate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action.
+ Perform with minimal costs of premium freight to ship out finished products to meet customer requirements. Use of express shipments should be approved by Planning Manager in case of delays.
+ Highlight component delivery issues to Strategic Buyer to ensure components are available to support the delivery schedule, expediting / de-expediting as appropriate
+ Manage inventory levels in order to maximize inventory turns for FG and subcontracting components. Execute Scrap process.
+ Place Purchase Order following GIATP process.
+ Analysis & maintenance of all planning related reports, files & documents including Team & Supplier Performance

**Job Description**
- Lead and manage all Supply Chain operations related to the Electrical Inserts business, including procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring alignment with site-wide policies and business objectives.

The Trimble Thailand Supply Chain Lead position has critical responsibility for ‘Supply against Demand’ with our Contract Manufacturing partner in Thailand. The role of Taiwan Supply Chain Manager serves as the primary interface between assigned Trimble Business Units and our Contract Manufacturing partner in Thailand. The scope includes identifying and understanding the Trimble Business Unit Demands and ensuring timely Supply, tracking and reporting performance Metrics, and supports resolving material or technical issues affecting on time delivery.
This is a highly visible position interfacing across multiple functional groups such as: Operations Directors, Master Schedulers/Planners, Trimble Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing & Commodity Management, Asset management and Finance/accounting both within Trimble and at our Contract Manufacture in Thailand. - Collaborating with Business Unit master schedulers/planners to create Trimble’s monthly Build Plan for factory loading (Forecast).

**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

TE Connectivity's Supply Planning Leaders are responsible for the timely production and deliveries of goods, at cost-effective, optimizing our cash, while delivering excellent customer experience.
They ensure the availability of Finish Goods in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the supply and service level as well as the stock healthiness, benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals and definition of Root causes to drive improvement.
This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop and orchestrate the plans that will help our organization grow profitably.
This role provides a unique path to grow as a leader in supply chain, while developing both business acumen and technological edge.

Responsibilities
+ Actively participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process providing the supply status, reviewing the demand outlook, and helping to create the S&OP recommendations that is reviewed and approved by the Business, then drive execution of supply plan.
+ Help secure end to end alignment of the Signals - Guarantee effective communication upstreams of the Supply Plan / Built plan to follow from the factories and assess / identify constraints Mid Long run.
+ Propose and design Scenarios planning to help decisions making
+ Managing phase In / Phase Out process execution from a planning perspective on dedicated part of the portfolio
+ Manage End to end inventory performance and the identification of revenue risks and opportunities, supporting the decision-making process for potential trade-offs, including allocation of capacity
+ Being a focal point to the Business/Category and market communication on status of supply, assurance of supplies, escalations, and allocation management working closely with Business Customer Care teams, Business Demand Planning Teams, Sales & Marketing as well as the DC planning teams
+ Driving continuous improvement for owned key performance indicators such as Complete and On Time, Inventory, revenue realization, Order to Cash Lead time, Forecasting Accuracy
**Education and Experience**
- Master degree is plus
- 15 years and above years of experience in Supply chain roles - preferably operational and functional track records
- 8 years and above in Leadership driving Cross Cultural teams
- Highly customer centric oriented
- Supply planning experience, preferably within an environment recognized for SiOP maturity
- High proficiency in Material Management - Demand / Supply Planning & SiOP a Must - Customer Experience - Manufacturing Planning a Must
- Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with various levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools a must
- Strong people & organizational leadership skills: Reliable,Change agent, People oriented; Approachable, Great team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in one to one situations and group settings
- Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
- Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written)
