- 7-10 years of experience in stock/inventory management and catalog sales or bidding project management. At least 2 years at a managerial level.
- Experience working with government or institutional procurement platforms is a strong advantage.
- Solid analytical and planning skills; comfortable working with data, reports, and inventory tools (Excel, ERP, etc.).

The
Inventory Planning & Control Officer
is responsible for monitoring inventory levels and forecast demand based on sales trends and historical data. Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation. Monitor and collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times and delivery schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include
- Review and reconcile Purchase Requisition data between SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and pricing prior to procurement processing.
- Responsible for end-to-end purchase order handling in SAP, including vendor communication, order confirmation tracking, and verification of key details such as part number, quantity, price, delivery date, and applicable discounts.
- Coordinate shipment release schedules with vendors and ensure timely follow-up to meet delivery commitments.
- Follow up and verify all vendor documents—such as invoices, delivery notes, and FORM E (if applicable)—to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely receipt.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate import and export operations, ensuring timely customs clearance and smooth logistics processes.
- Maintain and regularly update the Open Order and shipment report to ensure accurate tracking and seamless communication across all relevant parties.
- Monitor and manage MRP system performance to ensure accurate material planning and procurement alignment.
- Oversee vendor management processes to maintain high quality standards and ensure full compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships in accordance with ASL and ESG requirements, ensuring sustainable sourcing practices and alignment with corporate governance policies.
- Prepare paying vouchers for import duties and coordinate PV management activities with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
- Inventory planning / Procurement / Supply chain experienced more than 2-3 years.
