(2) ดำเนินการและประสานงานเพื่อเสนอชื่อบุคคลเป็นกรรมการในกิจการที่กองทุนฯ ถือหุ้น และศึกษาแนวทางการกำกับ

    ดูแลกิจการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โครงสร้างคณะกรรมการบริษัท และค่าตอบแทนกรรมการ รวมถึงจัดทำข้อมูลสนับสนุน

(3) ติดตามการดำเนินงานของกิจการที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยที่กองทุนฯ ถือหุ้น รวมถึง

    วิเคราะห์แนวทางการบริหารจัดการหุ้นของกิจการดังกล่าว

คุณสมบัติ

(1) จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงินการธนาคาร บริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี เศรษฐศาสตร์ และสาขาวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

(2) มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ในด้านวางแผน ด้านวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ ด้านบริหารความเสี่ยง  หรือ ด้านตรวจสอบ หรือ

    ด้านอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 2 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 

(3) TOEIC 550 หรือเทียบเท่า

Job Description

• Participate in leading overall strategy and operations to ensure the hotel achieves business goals including revenue, occupancy, cost control and profitability.
• Explore new business opportunities by building strong relationships with hotel management team, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Act as a project leader, be able to lead the meeting, follow up and monitor result vs compressed timeline (end-to-end process).
• Monitor hotels' revenue and profitability to provide constructive feedback.
• Analyze competitive hotel market supply, trends and recommend strategies to improve operations and high quality service.
• Manage capital expenditure by reviewing and approving capital expenditure budgets and proposals to ensure proper maintenance of hotel.
• Manage major investment projects, performing feasibility study and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure projects are carried out according to timeline and budget.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of asset improvement policies to enhance value and returns.
• Liaise with all stakeholders and make strategic decisions on major hotel operational issues ensuring any potential risks are dealt with on a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly report about hotels issues and projects updates.
• Ensure hotels are complied with related rules, regulations, sustainability standards (ESG) and best practices.
• Support management in analyzing data and preparing presentations as requested.
• Support special projects and perform other duties & ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in financial feasibility studies, investment analysis and financial modeling in hotel, real estate, mixed-use or related functions.
• At least 1 year experience in hotel operations, preferably within the luxury to economy hotel segment will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum score of TOEIC 800, TOEFEL 500, IELTS 6.5)
• Having experience in a listed company or large corporation will be an advantage.
• Excellent in business transformation, hotel operations and delivering excellent guest and customer experiences, and strategic growth.
• Excellent in project management and business presentation skills in Thai & English.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel for finance, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Able to travel up-country occasionally and must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.

• Monitor and Analyze solar plant performance data to ensure assets operate within expected KPIs.

The Asset Management Specialist will work in the warehouse/distribution center in IDC and handle computer assets and peripherals. Typical duties include

• Receiving, processing, and unpacking goods, signing for packages, preparing computer kits for distribution, updating inventory records, counting boxes, and reporting on basic troubleshooting of defective goods.
• Uses and operates manual and electronic documents, files, and records (shipping accounts, bar-coding, inventory, monthly inventory reporting, electronic delivery logs, incoming shipments, etc.) to properly document activities, and provide material and reliable resources information.

JOB SUMMARY

To conduct operating budgeting, performance monitoring, and strategic financial analysis for domestic power generation assets. The role will involve working closely with plant operations teams, finance partners, and senior management to ensure that the company's financial objectives and operational efficiency targets are met in alignment with stakeholder expectations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Budgeting & Long-term Financial Planning

1.1 Five-year operating budget including P&L, Balance sheet, Cashflow and CAPEX for both individual power plant and at group level.

• Conduct 5 years' operating budget for Power Plants (business partner).

• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to gather necessary data and prepare budget presentations.

1.2 Submit for budget approval from The Board of Directors (BoD), creditors and other parties (if required)

• Support budget approval processes for internal management, the Board of Directors (BoD), creditors, and other stakeholders.

• Q&A clarification.

1.3 Other financial information (including sensitivity analysis) for managerial decision and planning

• Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess financial implications under different scenarios of assigned Power Plant.

2. Operating Performance Analysis and Gap Analysis
