Enterprise Architect

Scope of Work :

•Define and develop Enterprise Architecture guiding principles, standards, policies and ensure the alignment to end-to-end digital roadmap definitions to support EA goal including Application, Data, Integration, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity domains

•Provide advise and work Digital Business Partner, Project Manager, SRE and Cyber security team to develop and review solution and enterprise architect complying with EA Standards and direction

•Review, consolidate and maintain EA document (i.e., Architect, policy, guideline) is up-to-date on a regular basis

•Create, update, revise, and maintain up-to-date status of all enterprise architecture, design and relating guidelines to current developing environment in organization on a regular basis

•Analyze technology trend and evaluate the impact on the broader Enterprise Architecture

•Participate in EA Review Board or any other Review Board that requires EA point of view and ensure Enterprise Architect being developed adhere to Architecture guiding principles and meet business and EA performance goals

•Connect and working with 3rd party's consultant to reshape all relating digital tech-and-trends to ensure that those direction and roadmap are align with business dynamics

Qualification :

•Bachelor degree in  computer science, computer engineering r related technical discipline

•5 years Experience of defining and documenting (HL and detailed) technical enterprise-scale architectures involving applications, data, and technology

•Solid experience with Cloud platforms and understanding of scaling, provisioning, elasticity, storage and networking

•Deep understanding of digital solution architecture within complex IT programmers

•The ability to understand complex business problems and commercial frameworks applying a logical, systematic approach to define an appropriate solution

•Demonstrable experience of working on digital transformation projects involving a wide array of digital technologies, (i.e. eCommerce, Portals, Content Management platforms, Omni-Channel and Multi-device solutions)

Enterprise Architect

• Helps to develop, maintain and govern the Enterprise Architecture program across the organization
• Interfaces across all business areas, acting as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future architecture states
• Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities
• Works with business leaders to understand business requirements and help them understand how technology tradeoffs influence strategy

• Provides strategic consultation to clients and IT Leaders

• Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of an enterprise's architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy Works on highly complex enterprise-wide projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple architecture domains

• Creates an enterprise-wide architecture perspective within or across multiple architecture domains
• Shows technical expertise and leadership within one or multiple architecture domains below:

o   Business Architecture: leads the enterprise-wide technical and business discussions relative to future enterprise direction; aligns architecture strategy with enterprise goals; defines, explains and advocates the enterprise's IT strategies

o   Data: creates enterprise-wide data strategy and consolidates an enterprise view of data across multiple lines of business; provides guidelines and standards for cataloging and maintaining data repositories; reviews and approves the principles that guide data-related decisions for the enterprise

o   Application: performs the analysis and design tasks related to the development of a solution architecture based on enterprise business drivers; defines the principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise; designs and leads the implementation of an solution architecture based on enterprise business requirements and strategy

o   Technology: leads analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture; reviews and approves the principles that guide technology decisions for the enterprise

Responsibilities

• Define and develop Enterprise Architecture guiding principles, standards, and policies to align with the organization's end-to-end digital roadmap across Application, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity domains.
• Define the Enterprise Architect and standard for Infrastructure and work with IT Entities for ensuring
• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable, adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Work closely with IT entities to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.
• Develop and maintain an IT governance framework for prioritization, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce security measures, policies, and procedures to protect IT assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in defining and documenting technical enterprise-scale architecture involving applications, data, and technology.
• Strong experience with Cloud platforms, including scaling, provisioning, elasticity, storage, and networking.
• A broad knowledge of technology is available for creating a fully integrated, successful solution
• Experienced web applications, microservice architecture, and APIs-based services
• Experience in Cloud Architecture
• Knowledge in Microsoft products and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards ISMS, ITIL, ISO27001 and TISAX

• Assist with business and IT Strategic planning to advise on the impact to business and IT architecture from business strategy decisions.
• Assist in the innovation initiatives by assessing the impact of innovations on business and IT architecture.
• Assist with Program/Project Portfolio planning and prioritization to advise the portfolio management team on dependencies between different projects and impact of the project on the overall architecture.
• Assist with Project execution to review architecture design during the feasibility study and project implementation.
• IT business architect works to support the vendor selection by providing inputs into overall architectural considerations for the RFP process, validate proposed vendor solutions, provide inputs in architectural considerations and review vendor response and advise on scoring criteria.
• Work to support the identification and integration of project architecture, including advising on the best solution based on EA principles and/or EA standards, support with the impact analysis of the project architecture to identify business, information, application and technical architecture impact.
• Identify application portfolio rationalization, identify overlapping functionalities, support in identifying master applications, and drive the application decommission planning activities.
• Understand and promote EA framework and update EA documents including EA principles, EA reference architecture, EA policies and EA standards.
• Maintain EA tool and update the information to EA tool to ensure the up-to-date information in the EA Tool.
• Provide EA training about EA concepts, EA tool, EA reference architecture to both business and IT

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Master of Information System Management, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT Architect-related roles in large-scale projects in Banking /Financial industries.
• Experience participating in all aspects of large-scale IT implementation projects including planning and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, production, and ongoing operational support and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of common architecture models such as TOGAF, IT governance, key architecture governance models, underlying tools, and supporting processes (e.g. architecture approval, architecture change control, architecture's role in project and standards oversight), IT Development and operations methods (e.g. SDLC, Agile, Scrum, DevOps), security and compliance models
• Good written and verbal communication, presentation of both Thai and English skills.
