The Logistics specialist is responsible for support Logistics Engineer in packaging control and logistics project execution.
Performed inventory verification and ensured the reporting of results was executed with utmost accuracy and precision.

Job Description
Finance Supervisor - Inventory is a crucial role responsible for managing and maintaining a company's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies. This role involves tracking and analyzing inventory movements to ensure the accuracy of inventory balance in line with accounting requirements. Apart from that, this role also helps optimize inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Accountable for day-to-day inventory movement to ensure inventory accuracy and inventory compliance
+ Manage and monitor month-end closing activities. This includes reviewing the monthly Inventory provisions to ensure alignment with the policy and analyze changes.
+ Maintain and analyze inventory information to provide insight of inventory (i.e. Inventory reconciliation, Trend analysis, Trial Balance Review)
+ Perform manual stock in transit (SIT) booking and ensure accuracy of SIT transactions and analyze changes.
+ Review, create, develop, and implement internal controls regarding inventory management to enhance stock accuracy and comply with Global Policy
+ Coordinate with the operation team for the Cycle count process and perform analysis before adjusting in the system.
+ Lead as a finance representative and collaborate with other functions and external parties for stock count and stock destruction activities.
+ Support internal, external and tax audits related to inventory part as required
+ Provide inventory-related information upon request (i.e. stock loss report to tax team)
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field (e.g. Business/Finance/Economics/ Accounting/etc.).
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance (e.g. FMCG/ Finance Partnering/ Industrial/ Auditing/ etc.)
+ Strong analytical, mathematical, data analytic, spreadsheet modeling skills.
+ Responsible, Accountable, Cautious in ensuring financial accuracy.
+ A good team player with agility, positivity, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
+ Possess good communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
+ Required to commute to warehouse or factory from time to time if needed

What you'll do:
Analyses and forecasts complex financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information and recommendations to management for short and medium term strategic and operational decisions.
In detail, you will:
- Perform Transfer pricing calculation
- Work closely with production planning and R&D to analyze material change variance based on each work entry before providing actual and forecast material variance reports.(OMV)
- Work closely with purchasing and supply chain teams to analyze material price variance, actual versus standard and comparisons with the same period in the previous year together with forecast before submitting the purchase price variance report (PPV)
- Participate in the warehouse cycle count and support supply chain to analyze the reasons for changes in the inventory value in the finance book.
- Work with supply chain to prepare the inventory rolling forecast
- Support the Business controlling from a financial perspective to drive material cost reduction
- Provide accurate and timely material cost updates in all projects including investment request (IR) preparation and project follow up
- Supervise inventory and costing related accounts, ensure data integrity with object account balance, group, and sector reports (AC reports / KFD report).
- Provide prompt feedback on direct material cost enquiries such as price trend and latest PNC costs
- Work with R&D Team for verify and ensure that BOM correct before produce product
Qualifications:
Bachelor ’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience of in manufacturing material costing
- Experience in Production planning, Purchasing, or R&D function is a plus.
- Good knowledge in Product, costing model, accounting processes, Internal controls, and Supply Chain related processes
- Good analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Familiar with SAP, Magman, Porvs
- Good English communication (both written and spoken)

You will be based in Rayong, Thailand and report to Cost Controlling Manager under Finance Function.
