**Responsibilities**:
- Increase a company’s productivity and individual’s performance by conducting targeted leadership(soft skills) trainings and team building activities to individuals to help them strengthen their dependent and interdependent competencies
- Cover end-to-end training processes starting from training need assessment, need analysis, defining training strategy, creating a roadmap, designing training content, facilitating training sessions, evaluate and feedback
- Manage the process and development of the digital learning production including supports to any digital learning events
- Organize learning trends and technology analysis to support talent management, performance management and organization learning activities
- Handle any team building activities that may be required
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in HRD, Learning Solutions, Learning Development, Talent Development, or people-related consulting services
- Experience in participating in successful or transformation projects delivery to internal/ external clients
- Proven records in development and delivery of talent development programs
- Proficiency in Google Suite
