คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product development.
• Prepare presentations for the management team, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and launch new lending products tailored to corporate clients, including factoring products.
• Review and adjust processes and procedures to ensure alignment with new policies and strategic directions.
• Prepare and manage the profit and loss (P&L) statements for lending products.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Develop New Products, New Drink & New Dessert

• พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เครื่องดื่มใหม่ และของหวาน
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และ Supplier เพื่อจัดหาสินค้าตัวอย่าง และจัดหาตัวอย่างที่มีอยู่ในตลาดมาทดลองตามแนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ หรือ Idea ของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
• สรุปผลของการทดลอง และนำเสนอฝ่ายต่างๆ
• ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Training เพื่อ Train และกำหนดขั้นตอนการทำผลิตภัณฑ์
• สรุปรายละเอียดวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องใช้และประสานงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อ/Supplier และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเตรียมวัตถุดิบและความพร้อมก่อนการขาย
• ออกสำรวจผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ในช่วงช่วงโปรโมชั่นเพื่อให้สินค้าได้มาตรฐาน

2. Local Sourcing

• พัฒนาและทดลองวัตถุดิบเพื่อทดแทนวัตถุดิบที่มีปัญหา หรือต้นทุนสูง ตามแผนงาน
• สรุปผลนำเสนอสินค้าให้แบรนด์พิจารณา
• ประสานงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อ/Supplier และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ เมื่อวัตถุดิบผ่านการอนุมัติ

3.  Market Testing for new product

• จัดทำแบบสอบถาม และจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบสำหรับทำ market test กับผู้บริโภค และกำหนดวัน เวลา สถานที่ ในการทำ market test
• ทำ Market Testing สินค้าใหม่ กับลูกค้าจริง ณ สาขา
• ประมวลผลและวิเคราะห์ผลด้วย โปรแกรม SPSS
• สรุปผลคะแนนความชอบของลูกค้า (ไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด)

4. Handle yield Std. Cost & Master Recipes

• ประสานงานจัดซื้อต่อรองราคา  เพื่อให้ได้ COGS ตามที่กำหนด
• สรุป Recipes และ COGs ของผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่เกินเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดตามแผนงาน
• จัดทำ yield, Standard Cost & Recipes ของผลิตภัณฑ์
• Update Std. Cost & Recipes ผลิตภัณฑ์เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง Cost / recipes/ Price

5. Coordinate with Marketing, Training and Operation

• ประสานงานฝ่าย Training เพื่อจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้อบรมพนักงาน และ จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบสำหรับให้ฝ่าย Training นำไปฝึกอบรมพนักงาน
• ประสานงานจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบให้กับฝ่ายMarketingสำหรับใช้ในการถ่ายทำสื่อการขายและสื่อโฆษณา
• ทำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้กับฝ่ายการตลาดเพื่อทดลอง Packaging
• ทำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้กับฝ่ายการตลาดสำหรับถ่ายทำสื่อการขายและโฆษณา (TVC,POPและสื่อต่างๆ)

อื่น ๆ

• ชั่งตวงส่วนผสม Ingredient สำหรับให้ทางแบรนด์นำไปทำเป็นวัตถุดิบในการประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างน้อยเดือนละ1 ครั้ง

• Visit Supplier  ในกรณีที่มีการพัฒนาวัตถุดิบสินใหม่ (เพื่อไปดูขั้นตอนการผลิตสินค้า)

• ประสานงานจัดซื้อกรณีที่วัตถุดิบมีปัญหาเช่น  วัตถุดิบขาด stock,  วัตถุดิบไม่ได้คุณภาพ, วัตถุดิบมีการเปลี่ยนบรรจุภัณฑ์

• Test วัตถุดิบในกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยน บรรจุภัณฑ์ เพื่อตรวจสอบว่าวัตถุดิบมีลักษณะ สี กลิ่น รส

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร, อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร,อุตสาหกรรมเกษตร, พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์, คหกรรมศาตตร์,การประกอบอาหารและการจัดการอาหาร หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Job Responsibilities):

• วิเคราะห์และหาแนวทางพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ให้ตอบโจทย์ตลาดและแบรนด์
• จัดทำข้อมูลสินค้า (Product Detail) สำหรับช่องทาง MT และ TT เช่น
  
  ชื่อสินค้า, ขนาด, อายุสินค้า, บาร์โค้ด, จุดขายสินค้า, ที่มาของสินค้า เป็นต้น
  
  จัดทำเอกสารภายใน เช่น

• แจ้งออกสินค้าใหม่

• เปลี่ยนบรรจุภัณฑ์

• รายงานข้อร้องเรียนสินค้า

• ดูแลการจัดทำเอกสารทางกฎหมาย เช่น

• การขึ้นทะเบียน อย.

• เครื่องหมายการค้า (Trademark)
• รายละเอียดฉลาก, ชื่อสินค้า, โภชนาการ ฯลฯ
• วางแผนและควบคุมไทม์ไลน์สินค้า (Timeline & Action Plan)

• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เช่น

• จัดซื้อ (ข้อมูลวัตถุดิบ)

• ฝ่ายขาย (ข้อมูลสินค้าไปเสนอลูกค้า)
• เข้าร่วมการผลิต Lot ทดลองและ Lot แรก เพื่อเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงสูตรหรือกระบวนการ

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร (Qualifications):

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น วิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร, เทคโนโลยีอาหาร, การตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Product Development / R&D / Marketing / Brand / FMCG อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในกลุ่มสินค้าอาหารหรือขนมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• เข้าใจโครงสร้างการพัฒนาสินค้า และสามารถจัดทำเอกสารประกอบต่างๆ ได้ครบถ้วน เช่น Product Sheet, Spec, BOM, ฉลากสินค้า

Job Description

Product Development

• Lead the entire product lifecycle and be responsible for all aspects of product comprising of project management and product development both planning and execution e.g. NPD, Renewal, Product change, Factory change, Product artwork, Product code change, Product quality, Intellectual Property management, etc.
• Work closely, implement and coordinate with regional and global brand team on product development & projects management.

FDA, RA, Compliance management

• To ensure that all products comply with FDA and regulations.
• To handle any issues related to FDA. Lead, execute and coordinate with RA team on the new FDA notification, Renew licenses, Product label, etc. withing time frame for all FT brands.
• Responsible for ensuring product compliance and registration—including FDA licensing—by execute and verifying label accuracy against Thai FDA regulations, maintaining records of RA dossiers and approvals

Product Complaint Service

• To manage and resolve product quality complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams (RA, QA, manufacturing, supply chain) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Receive and record complaints with accurate and complete information.
• Track and update complaint status, ensuring visibility and traceability.
• Arrange for product retrieval or sample analysis, if required.
• Follow up on investigation progress and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports on complaints, product issues, and customer feedback to RA team

Operation

• To manage and control redressing sticker stock for all incoming shipment both NPD and existing products.
• To handle and prepare Product Master Data Request form to add new product in the system and co-ordinate with operation teams for smooth process in a timely manner.
• Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvement in the business development cycle e.g. cost saving program.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and providing all documents needed to support business workflow.
• Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operation, Trade Marketing, Key Account, Regional and Global team to plan, execute and manage the product roadmap.
• To understand market need, new trend and consumer insight to find the new opportunity for our brand growth.

Qualifications

• Completed a bachelor's degree.
• Have at least 4-5 years of experience in project management for FMCG products or development of cosmetics.
