We are seeking a talented and passionate Trading Products Specialist (Leveraged Products), to grow our presence in offshore trading product space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of offshore trading products, technical analysis, and a passion for creating actionable trading ideas, based on market momentum and technical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed product sheets and investment strategies for leveraged products, including TFEX-listed products, US Options, Single Stock Futures (SSF) Block Trade, Derivative Warrant (DW), and Leveraged & Inverse ETF (L&I ETF) ensuring alignment with client demand and market trends.
• Act as a central resource for advisory services on both local and international derivatives and leveraged products, supporting hedging and speculative strategies through educational materials, e-learning programs, investment manuals, and infographics.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to enhance the customer journey, improve accessibility, and attract new clients while increasing engagement among active clients.
• Identify and seize new growth opportunities within leveraged products to maximize profitability, expand market penetration, and strengthen the company's competitive position.
• Deliver in-depth product insights, training, and ongoing updates to key stakeholders, including sales teams, the investment strategy team, private bankers, IFAs, and clients, keeping them informed on product features, risk factors, and market developments.
• Manage ad hoc initiatives as required, such as developing dashboards and reports to track investment strategies and market trends, as well as collaborating with IT and Product Management teams to enhance trading platforms and build tools that simplify access to global and local leveraged products.

Job Qualification

• At least 3–5 years of experience in investment products (prefer derivatives), product development, or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge and passion for financial markets, especially futures and options investment products (local and global).
• Proven experience in creating investment content such as product sheets, investment ideas, infographics, or e-learning materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and turn insights into actionable strategies.

New Products Software Engineer

About the Role

Iron Software is building a new generation of products for developers — high-performance, cross-language libraries with WebAssembly builds and modern APIs. These tools will power applications across .NET, Java, , Python, Go, Rust, and beyond.

We're looking for a New Products Software Engineer to help us bring this new product to life. You'll be one of the first four engineers on the team, working hands-on in the codebase while also coordinating delivery. If you love building tools for developers, and you're obsessed with getting products into the world quickly — good enough to use, fast enough to iterate — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Ship features fast — own ideas from design → prototype → release → iteration.
• Project manage a small squad (up to 4 engineers) to deliver on roadmap milestones.
• Build across layers:
• Core engine in C/C++/Rust.
• Bindings for multiple ecosystems (.NET, Java, Node, Python, Go, Ruby, PHP, etc.).
• WebAssembly builds for browser + serverless environments.
• CLI, Docker images, packaging for NuGet, PyPI, Maven, NPM.
• Integrate PDFium and related libraries into a modern developer SDK.
• Balance pragmatism with quality — know when "good enough" is right for MVP, and when polish matters.
• Shape developer experience — work closely with product/marketing to ensure great docs, samples, and onboarding for engineers.
• Define early engineering culture — repo structure, standards, CI/CD practices, testing, and delivery cadence.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with cross-language API design and language bindings (e.g., .NET, Java, , Python, Go, PHP, Ruby).
• Familiarity with PDFium or similar PDF/graphics engines is strongly preferred.
• Experience with WebAssembly builds and delivering SDKs for both browser and serverless environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, Docker, and packaging systems (NuGet, Maven, NPM, PyPI, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to work in small, agile teams, with ownership from design through to release.
• Experience defining or influencing engineering culture: repo structure, testing practices, delivery cadence.
