Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
- **At least 7 years experiences in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields**:
- **Strong background in Recruitment Manufacturing & HRD**:
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Responsibilities:Responsible for overall HR functions, recruitment, training, HRD, compensation & benefits and other related fields
- Coach team member to run both recruitment operation and project activities properly and effectively
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing
- Prepare report and support management
