What You'll Do
The
Business Leader
is responsible for driving growth and profitability in the
Beverage, Brewery & Dairy
business in Thailand. This role leads sales strategy, oversees P&L and accounts receivable, and builds high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs while supporting Diversey's vision for excellence in the Food & Beverage sector.

Your Role At a Glance

  • Manage budget, sales, P&L, and A/R of the assigned sector(s), including GSA and key local/regional accounts.
  • Develop and execute business/sales plans aligned with sector strategy.
  • Build, develop, upgrade, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Implement competitive business models including value propositions, service models, pricing models, and solution packages.
  • Align communication, people, culture, and systems to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects.
  • Participate in talent development initiatives for the cluster.
  • Execute and manage innovation funnel projects within the country.
  • Drive operational actions such as pricing, cross-selling, innovation sales, fleet management, and alliances.
  • Actively participate in key strategic projects across the cluster and region.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in sciences in biology, food technology, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, micro-biology, food engineering or management
  • Minimum 10 years in the field(s) of business development, and strategy consulting, B2B sales experience being a plus and you are ideally already managing managers successfully and at least 5 years experiences in managerial level.
  • Fascinated by fast scalable business models, and you have already started building a track-record of businesses you have scaled.
  • Think and act rationally and effectively, fact-based. Strong in strategic thinker, you can also execute.
  • Be self-starter and can work independently, you are curious and hungry to learn.

Job Description

  • Lead business development activities and capture new contracts across all data centre service lines (project management consulting, cost & commercial management, principal delivery) in the Thailand market. Drive revenue and profit growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with hyperscale operators, colocation providers and investor clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction manager, or a related field (master's degree is a plus). Professional certification (e.g., PMI/PMP, CEng, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, programme management or cost management, ideally within the data centre sector or similar complex technical infrastructure projects. Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers, colocation operators or large data centre investors is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of data centre design, construction and operations (including power, cooling, and IT infrastructure). Up to date with industry trends (e.g. sustainability, AI/ML requirements). Able to anticipate client needs and deliver technical solutions.
  • Experience working in Thailand and/or other ASEAN markets. Knowledge of local market conditions, regulations and business culture is highly advantageous.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Manager to establish and drive our B2G sales operations across the construction, developer, and industrial project segments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project sales strategies targeting Business-to-Government (B2G) sectors such as EGAT, or related
  • Identify potential clients, build relationships, and manage the entire sales process-from lead generation to closing.

Job Description

    integrate True Money's solutions for seamless financial transactions

  • Drive growth and market adoption of
    True Money's digital financial services
    within the government sector, focusing on specific use cases such as public service payments, welfare disbursements, and digital collections.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop detailed execution plans and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track and report on key business development metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and
    regulatory frameworks specific to government procurement and financial services
    to inform strategic decision-making for True Money's public sector offerings.
  • Engage directly with
    key decision-makers and stakeholders within government agencies and state enterprises
    to understand their pain points, unmet needs, and strategic priorities, translating these into actionable product requirements and
    tailored True Money solutions
    .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including, but not limited to, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IMC, and Product Development to ensure seamless development and successful commercial launch of initiatives.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives
    targeting the public sector
    , defining target segments, value propositions, and
    appropriate engagement channels (e.g., government tenders, direct pitches)
    .
  • Utilize data-driven insights and customer research to continuously analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies and execution to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with different use case owners and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for building bundled solutions or cross-use case campaigns, enhancing value propositions for targeted customer segments

REQUIREMENT

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of successfully establishing and managing relationships with Thai government agencies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), or public sector organizations.
  • Proven experience (e.g., 3-5 years) in Business Development or Sales, with a strong track record of success in engaging with and securing partnerships/projects with Thai government agencies or state-owned enterprises (SOEs) is ESSENTIAL.
  • In-depth understanding of True Money's product ecosystem, digital payment solutions, and financial services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to government clients.
  • Strong existing network and proven ability to engage with key decision-makers within the Thai public sector (e.g., Ministry of Finance, Public Debt Management Office, Comptroller General's Department, local administrations, state-owned banks, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.The role will require competent level of data analytics to drive insights and be able to present the data to senior management
  • Basic understanding of product management and development process
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in consumer technology (e.g., e-commerce, Fintech)
  • Understanding of SQL database is a big plus
  • Background in Fintech, Financial Services, or Public Sector Consulting.
