Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing on material, consumable, equipment, office and factory supplies based on price and quality.
• Follow up sample request on time (First Article).
• Choose and evaluate vendor including register into approved vendor list (AVL).
• Create purchase order (PO) in SAP to bring the correct information and material planning.
• Coordinate with concerned section for all relevant.

• Monitoring finished goods and material inventory control to maintain stock properly and efficiency (DOH-Day on Hand).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and cost-saving initiatives for indirect procurement

Responsibility

• Analyze customer products and source alternative solutions to reduce LT and cost.
• Prepare samples / datasheets from suppliers to provide customer for approval.

Sourcing Executive

Role Summary: This role is responsible for "strategic" sourcing, with an emphasis on discovering, selecting, negotiating with, and building relationships with both domestic and international suppliers of raw materials and co-packers. The goal is to achieve the best long-term innovation, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Sourcing: Find and evaluate new suppliers (both Ingredient and Co-Packer) according to the requirements of the R&D and Ingredient trading business.

· Negotiation & Contract: Lead price and commercial term negotiations and prepare long-term contracts.

· Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Manage relationships with and evaluate the performance of key suppliers.
