You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform month-end closing responsibilities including preparing journal entries, ensuring monthly transactions are correctly recorded, analyzing, and reporting spend, production credits
+ Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, develop action plans and lead resolution on accounts
+ Assist department managers in understanding monthly spend and developing monthly weekly and forecasts
+ Maintain strong internal control environment through regular inventory monitoring and verification of policy adherence
+ Support Revenue Department and tax requests as needed
+ Support Fixed Asset Accounting and Capital Investment requests as needed
+ Assist in resolution of AP issues and facilitate vendor payments
+ Monitor and report on key financial metrics to track business performance.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis and month end reports.
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules including fixed assets register, AR aging, AP aging, inventory and WIP sub-ledgers and ensure schedules and sub-ledgers are reconciled to the GL.

**The incumbent should possess the following**:
A relevant degree in Accounting or Finance from recognized universities or professional accounting certification such as CPA / CA.
5-6 years of working experience in accounting with ERP systems preferably in a MNC, with minimum 3 years of BIG 4 audit experience.
Adaptable to changes in the work environment and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Familiar and conversant with internal control processes and corporate governance.
Good understanding of local GAAP, US GAAP, SOX requirements and local Tax Act.

Associate Accountant (Employee Expense & Tax Compliance)
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
**Employee Claims Review:**
+ Review and verify employee expense claims (SAP Concur) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment in compliance with local tax compliance and local regulation and company global policies.

Data entry correctly, documents filing and prepare reconciliation etc.
Booking AP, AR, GL, Fixed asset, and accounting related items into accounting systems.
Perform month-end, quarterly, yearend closing activity and account reconciliation in compliance with all legal, regulatory and requirement to ensure the accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping and related financial statements.
Responsible for collating and maintaining accounting processes always ensure controls and adequate support.
Support audit and related government office
Other tasks assigned by management.
Who You Are
Bachelor/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related fields.
0-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax (Junior)
5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax (Senior)
Experience from listed company, MNC, IT Tech sector is a plus.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 or other ERP is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong knowledge on Microsoft Offices Program especially Excel.
Good Command in English
A flexible and open-minded team player with ability to work under tight timeline and willingness to learn.
