Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners. Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation club property. Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets). Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing). Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. The Executive, APEC Digital plays a crucial role in supporting digital activation initiatives for hotels involved in Marriott Digital Services (MDS) programs, as well as coordinating Digital Products projects in the APEC region. Additionally, it provides administrative support for Digital Products' initiatives.
This role acts as a support function, aiding the Vice President, APEC Digital, and the broader APEC MDS and Digital Products teams to execute digital strategies across Marriott's direct digital channels. The focus is on increasing digital revenue, growing market share, and creating an engaging customer experience that encourages bookings through our direct online channels. Position Duties / Essential Functions:
Digital Marketing
· Responsible for the creation of content for hotel digital activities including: the property's websites; social media; EDM; third party listings; and other digital channels, ensuring content is up to date, in line with the schedule and business needs

§ Provides detailed brief to external copywriter and translator for content creation as required
§ Ensures content on brand and independent websites is refreshed, managed and maintained seamlessly in all required languages, as guided by the management and business needs.
Media / Influencer / KOL Marketing :
+ Works with the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure maximum exposure is obtained for the resort and all facilities, outlets, activities, functions, promotions and programs etc
+ Develops and maintains active contacts with influencers/media/KOL's and evaluates all media solicitations and opportunities for the hotel in line with marketing strategy and advertising needs

+ Coordinates and handles all media accommodation requests and is responsible for the internal arrangements for media, influencers, bloggers and KOL's on assignment at the hotel
