Your Role: Ensuring quality of our Web portals, apps and distribution funnels

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our agile Scrum team and ensure the quality of our health insurance selfcare portals and web funnels. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design, execute, and automate test scenarios that guarantee a seamless and reliable user experience.

In close collaboration with the Product Owner for Distribution funnels based in Bangkok, you will ensure that the features developed by international development team (with members based in France, Singapore, Thailand and the Phillipines) are delivered according to business requirements and defined acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will join and contribute to our QA community, defining and developing further testing methodology and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and user stories to define clear test cases and acceptance criteria.

• Design, execute, and document manual and automated tests for web applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

• Validate API responses and front-end behavior across browsers and devices.

• Report, track, and prioritize defects in collaboration with the development team.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices within the Scrum framework.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure compliance with data protection and security requirements.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a QA Tester or similar roles in web application testing, ideally in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology as well as good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr or SquashTest).

• Basic understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.

Education:

• Academic degree in IT Management, IT Systems, Business or similar field

Language:

• Fluent language skills in English (written and spoken), knowledge of French is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for daily product quality performance. Reporting of non-conformance.
• Provide technical assistance for any product quality acceptance and Quality Management System (QMS) compliant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis to validate business needs and define test strategies and timelines
• Design and prepare detailed Test Cases and Test Scripts to ensure full coverage of requirements and specifications
