**Job Description**
3.0 Detailed department related duties
Summary of Duties
3.1 Responsible for ensuring quality compliance of parts /materials to meet product /part specification and standard related.
3.2 Control and monitor parts quality and on time delivery of suppliers
- Responsible for the incoming inspection team to ensure they perform according to WI of inspection works and that all incoming inspection detail is correct.
- Use statistical approach to monitor quality data of the supplier and publish weekly/month report basis or any report request.
- Collect and evaluate supplier quality and on time delivery data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
- Maintain supplier quality and on time delivery metrics and provide regular feedback to all suppliers
3.3 Lead effort to resolve supplier quality issues.
3.4 Review and analyze supplier non-conformance reports, perform internal investigation and participate in material review board.
3.5 Work directly with supplier to investigate rot cause and identify/follow up corrective actions.
3.6 Issue NCR and or 8D to suppliers and coordinate with purchase team to follow their corrective action.

- Initiate and follow-up Supplier Corrective Actions (SCAR) in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

3.7 Perform supplier audits to evaluate supplier compliance to SAFRAN requirements and audits required for supplier approval/re-approval process. Follow up on corrective actions resulting from audit findings.
3.8 Implement quality-related action plans to enable suppliers to achieve an acceptable performance level.
3.9 Provide assistance to suppliers on new products, process capability improvements, quality systems development.
3.10 Work with Engineering Team and Sourcing team to evaluate potential suppliers.
- Evaluate potential suppliers' quality management systems.
- Ensure that the right quality, customer flow down and regulatory requirements are properly called out on the drawings, purchase orders, and contracts before their transmission to suppliers.
- Conduct capability assessments that verify supplier qualifications, and travel to assigned suppliers.
3.11 Participate as a member of the Material Review Board to review and disposition Supplier related Nonconformance Material Reports as required
3.12 Assist supplier on product qualification and first article inspection activities
3.13 Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activity as assigned from manager.
3.14 Assure that all supplier quality related activities are conducted in compliance with the SAFRAN Standard.
3.15 Supervise and coach SQA Engineer.
**Job Requirements**
4.1 Thai Nationality only.
4.2 Complete bachelor's degree in ME/IE/EE or any field related.
4.3 Experience: 5 years of progressive quality experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment with the ability to lead and influence others. AS/ISO standards. Experience in supplier quality audit is preferable.
4.4 Ability to read and understand drawing, technical specifications, technical report, etc.,
4.5 Ability to write technical documents, audit reports, non-conformance dispositions
4.6 Strong knowledge APQP, PPAP, 8D and FAI Process

The position will be challenging and will require an ability to drive a supplier to improve its quality and work with TE internal team to meet the quality goals. The focus of the role is to supply high-quality product to deliver an Extraordinary Customer Experience.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver on all KPIs that help the business achieve its goal
+ Lead and drive suppliers' quality improvement continuously based on TE internal or customer requirements.
+ Customer complaint handling, work with TE CQE or directly with customers for complaint and feedback to supplier, verify the root cause and follow up actions
+ Investigate root cause of Quality issues and following through with timely and effective corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence for customer and internal issues.
+ Regular quality system audit or process audit for suppliers.
+ Supplier's performance metrics development and report to top management
+ Supplier performance assessment and training.
+ CoPQ & Yield improvement; Management review and action implement.
+ Define cosmetic standard and QIP dimension and drive suppliers to follow up
+ Coordinate annual audit /onsite process audit when Quality issue or customer complaint arises
+ NPI & Migration projects (BKM/GR&R/FAAR/Safe Launch/Sample verification) follows and improvements/PPAP preparation
+ Product process control(identify risk and work out mitigation plan)
+ 5M1E change control verification, follow up approval process on customer side and implement process on supplier side
+ Monitor supplier quality performance, summarize score card for supplier performance, request improvement for risk supplier.
**Qualifications:**
+ B.S. degree (or above) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8-12 years' working experience in supplier quality or in related quality function areas, working experience in connector, Cable assembly, Cage assembly, Antenna manufacturing is a plus.
+ Have advanced knowledge of the supplier management, certified ISO9001/IATF16949 internal auditor is preferred.
+ Clear understanding of connector, cable assembly, antenna, busbar quality and requirements, including measurement techniques, would be a distinct advantage.
+ Strong root cause analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Good knowledge in quality tools such as BKM, Cpk, SPC,8D, FMEA, Gage R&R, Poka Yoke.
+ Demonstrated negotiation skills, good communication in bridging between TE and suppliers as quality side
+ Ability for periodic travel required. (25%~50%)
+ Strong communication skills, good at English, including writing, reading, speaking
+ Connector/cable assembly/antenna/busbar manufacturing experience is a plus

We are looking for a highly motivated **Supervisor, Quality Compliance** to join our team!
What you will do
+ Lead & coordinate with the supply chain team to conduct Quality Internal Audit program. Follow up the completion of the forward action plan.
+ Managing and facilitating the Consumer/ Customer Complaint program for Colgate-Palmolive product manufacturing in Bangpakong facility including data analytic for improvement. Coordinate with the imported Manufacturing site for the complaints received in GIH (Greater Indo-China Hub).
+ Facilitate the OE (Operation Excellence) walkabout and ensure compliance with Regulatory and Colgate Quality Standard.
+ Manage the consumer/ customer complaint received and ensure the investigation and response to consumer/ customer are on time.
+ Plan and execute the Quality Internal Audit for the Bangpakong site. Work with the cross functional team to develop and close the forward action plan effectively.
+ Work with a cross functional team to develop and execute the forward action plan to effectively close the audit observations from the Corporated Quality Audit Program.
+ Monitor the compliant trend and do data analysis.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree of Science or related field.
+ At least 3 years of Functional Experience.
+ At least 3 years of Manufacturing Experience.
+ Data Analytic skill.
+ English communication skill.
+ Planning / Priority Setting.
+ Analysis / Decision Making.
+ Demonstrates complex problem solving ability and analytical thinking skills.
+ Familiar with Quality systems such as ISO, GMP.
+ Regulatory requirement knowledge such as Thai FDA, USFDA or TGA.
