Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience. 
• 4–6 years in quality or manufacturing roles. 
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, ISO standards) and Six Sigma/Lean principles. 
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. 
• Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

As a Quality Inspector, you'll be reporting to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. The purpose of QIMA's Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.

Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our clients' products.

• Check your email daily to receive inspection documents.
• Attend to inspections on time and professionally communicate with the supplier.
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according to company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according to company procedures.
• Fulfill inspection reports according to company procedures and timelines.

It could be you if you have:

• Extensive experience in footwear quality or inspection.
• Experience of more than 3 years in quality management
• Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations
• Good command of English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

• Establish quality policies and strategies for plastic injection and assembly processes.
• Control and inspect raw materials, injection parts, and assembly products to meet standards and customer requirements.
• Analyze and resolve quality issues in production by coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Implement and continuously improve quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF16949).
• Prepare and maintain quality documents such as Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Inspection Standards.
• Lead, supervise, and train QA/QC teams to enhance quality capabilities.
• Communicate and report quality performance to management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• At least 7–10 years of quality experience in plastic injection molding and assembly industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949, and 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Familiar with optical module form factors and data rates such as SFP, SFP28, QSFP28, etc.
• Understanding of optical module testing processes and key quality indicators (functional testing, rate testing, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D)
• Fluent in English reading and writing, able to handle daily emails and meetings

These enterprise services and solutions will vary from project to project but will primarily revolve around Payment solution, FinTech and Payment platforms.

What you will do

• Work in an agile/scrum environment, meeting sprint commitments and contributing to the agile process
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Plan, create and execute testing strategies to help find errors and propose effective solutions
• Ensure the right level of test activities perform along with product design/implementation
• Define necessary test automation, design automation flow and share implementation effort with development engineer
• Assist the team to tackle cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute creative ideas to improve the quality of the product
• Design, develop & contribute to the enhancements of automation frameworks and infrastructure
• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as QA Engineer/Tester/Automation Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test
• Experience in performing testing of Web app, and Backend API's to ensure that product meets requirements
• Experience with building and writing automation scripts and/or programs using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Robotframework, Rest-Assured, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate within a team
• Good writing and communication skills in English
• Good conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem-solving skills
• Experience in FinTech technology and financial services is plus
• Experience in Java programing language is a plus
• Experience in Selenium/Rest-Assured is a plus
• The ability to code in any programing language is a plus
