What You Will Handle

• Conduct UX research and partner with PM, Product Owners, Development team, and management team to shape UX/UI strategy.
• Define and review user flows and prototypes, ensuring usability, excellent experience, and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain our Design & Brand System (tokens, components, usage rules, documentation).
• Review and set Brand Key Visuals and CI governance that aligns with the company's vision and core values.
• Work with the management team to design assignments with agile & sprint workflow.
• Lead Design QA before staging/launch with a clear Definition of Done (DoD). Run research with product owners and business team (user interviews, quick usability tests), synthesize insights, and turn them into decisions.
• Plan capacity and engage vendors/freelancers when needed.
• Establish design metrics that coordinate with both product and marketing teams.

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 4–5 years in UX/UI and web application design with a strong product mindset.
• Proven record of web application design with excellent sense of . Portfolio is required.

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our design team where you will create end-to-end digital experiences for B2B2C distribution. You will collaborate with some of Asia Pacific's largest banks, fintech's, e-commerce platforms and telcos through the lens of insurance solutions. Your work will shape consumer journeys that touch millions of lives across the region, creating long-term customer relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on creating high-quality, visually polished UI designs, while also supporting UX research, journey mapping and customer advocacy. You'll collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers and cross-functional teams to bring customer-centric solutions to life. You will be designing full customer journeys, from first click, discovery, purchase, claims, customer loyalty and winning back customers.

• Produce high-quality UI designs for web and mobile, including wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and final visual assets in Figma that are ready for delivery
• Apply strong visual design principles (layout, typography, color, interaction patterns) to create polished, user-friendly experience that are based on Design Systems and component libraries, adherent to our brand, ensuring consistency across projects and platforms
• Work closely with the tech team to refine visual polish and design details, learning best practices in execution and delivery while creatively solving for development challenges
• Maintain and organize design files to improve productivity, collaboration and clear documentation on decisions and version control
• Support customer journeys and UX research activities (e.g. mapping, surveys, usability feedback) as a secondary function
• Participate in design sprints and workshops, contributing to ideas and design perspectives while delivering outputs that are timely and with high quality
• Advocate for the customer within the project, ensuring design decisions align with user needs and expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product and partnership stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality is met across all platforms, delivering to a high standard

Required
QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 - 5 years of experience in UI design and sprint participation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills and a good eye for visual detail
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping and collaboration features
• Experience in Design Systems, file maintenance and documentation within a framework
• Basic understanding of UX research methods (e.g. user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, surveys)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing effectively in sprints and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Understanding customer segmentation, touchpoints and crafting solutions based on business needs
• Able to work in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to meetings and the overall success of our strategies
• Keen eye and strong attention to detail throughout your work
• Ability to effectively prioritize, iterate and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT or related fields
• 2 years or more experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar roles with strong portfolio
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote and other design tools.
• Understand basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) is a plus.
• Good command of Thai & English is highly preferable.

We are seeking a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging user experiences for enterprise software platforms spanning ESG, data centers, and energy infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with solution integration managers and developers to deliver effective UI/UX for complex B2B systems

• Conceptualize requirements into design artifacts (e.g., personas, storyboards, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes)

• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications

Required Qualifications:
