Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Compliance

  • Assist the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and VP of the Legal Department in handling legal matters and assignments.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Legal Director to lead the legal function for our luxury hospitality operations. This role will serve as the principal legal advisor to executive leadership, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, managing risk, overseeing contracts and licensing, and guiding the business through complex legal matters.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Legal Director will work closely with hotel operations, development, human resources, finance, and compliance teams, maintaining the highest standards of legal governance and operational excellence consistent with the brand's reputation for discretion, quality, and integrity.



Key Responsibilities:

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with local and international laws, hospitality regulations, labor laws, data privacy (e.g. PDPA/GDPR), and industry-specific licensing requirements.
  • Monitor legal trends and regulatory changes impacting the hotel and hospitality industry.

Contract Management

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, real estate, or F&B sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality contracts, licensing, employment law, and commercial law.
